Adishwar Electronics — Mobile Sale

On February 21st we visited Adishwar Electronics located at JP Nagar 7th phase Puttenahalli Bangalore for mobile purchase. Sales person named Zahid approached us and offered Samsung mobile. Model Galaxy A12. He sold this phone and informed if we didn't like this we can return it within 40 days and no questions asked and this is the present offer running named "40 Days Safety Shield Pack". He did not explain any terms and conditions when we purchased it. After 15 days the mobile started overheating and freezing, it was unusable. So we went back to the store as we had purchased this under 40 days buy back guarantee. He then started explaining terms and conditions and didn't take this phone. Now they are willing to give only 7000rs as buy back, earlier this was not explained and the original offer was 82% buy back which is not given today. Also they asked us to get this phone repaired at a particular Samsung store and only then they will think about buying this phone back. We got this phone repaired under our travelling expenses. The 40 day buy back plan smart pack has expired now. Zahid has promised if we repair this phone he will call himself within 40 days and he will take care of it but we got no call till today, looks like they were waiting for this pack to expire. We went to the store and when checked now they are behaving totally opposite. We are getting only 7000rs plus the store people are behaving very rude and unprofessional, including a lady Manager, Sonu something. She was very rude and unprofessional too. We need this sorted out and for selling phone under false promises. Thank you.
