I bought the samsung A9 pro device on 1st January 2017 sunday, because I find the device beautifully designed by Samsung and features like long battery and performance which is truly commendable.

Shop named redial mobile in ahmedabad has done fraud with me . I bought a mobile samsung A5 from that shop. I bought this mobile on 10 month of 2016 and after a month i was having some problem in mobile i visited in samsung service centre and i came to know that the mobile which was given to me has already compleated its warranty period in 8 month of 2016 .. and prize of that mobile was 16 k and he has taken 20 k from me ..i want my money back . And some action on that owner of that shop....

Samsung — Refrigerator servicing

I had called your customer care and informed an urgent problem about our refrigerator.
I had to switch off the refrigerator while waiting for someone to come and sort the problem.
No one responded to us. I had to call many times to your customer care. Still no one attended our problem.
I am shocked at the negligence from your side to help your customer especially when the problem was urgent & needed immediate help...

I visited this service center 5 times for change of mobile Battery Samsung A500. After 20 days also this could not be done. Your service centers do not have parts and lot of customers get harassed due to this. On first visit battery was ordered, further to check battery stock no body informed. I visited 4 times to check stock. When battery was available i was told that their site is blocked till 13th Feb so battery can be changed post that.Today again i visited this service center for change of battery, again i was told that battery is not available . Iam kamalakar from mahabubnagar, telangana i purchased a samsung j7 mobile last year date not remembered. recently with mobile power button problem i visited karthikeya samsung care, mahabubnagar.

they said mobile is on warranty no need to pay, after a long time of 3-4 days they said repair completed come & collect the mobile,
after i reached there they showed the bill, and without my permission they changed the charging pin also .

Samsung India — Galaxy s7 edge display defective within a month

Hi I bought Samsung's "premium" phone s7 edge for almost Rs. 50000 on 8 January 2017. On 13 February 2017, the phone started showing a green coloured screen. I thought it to be a software problem and thus sent Samsung an email. They sent back a DIY and I did all that was written in that, of course to no avail. I started researching online and this is an issue which has propped up on their previous phone S6/S6 edge too. The thing is they are selling such unreliable products without even acknowledging.
Meanwhile I also visited a service center to try and push through for a replacement or refund....

The service centre employee says he will give me new s6 edge touch screen after 1 week as he doesnt have any with him.He took 4000 rupees As advance for security deposit. he said he will give orderto the company for that. I'm fond customer of Samsung for a long while and regularly travel across major cities at india. Recently my smart phone had some battery related complaints, So visited the authorised service in Women's polytechnic, Coimbatore, TN named SJN Electronics. I observed they can accept only cash payment and card is not working regularly. My several visits i observed these centre not accepts cards. I told forcefully to check the card machine after a several hours, They connected the machine and then they take payment. And, Any for status check they have provided 2 contact numbers. My Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 edition handset was submitted on 05.11.2016 to Rajrishi Mobile at Jaipur as the screen got damaged, After more than 03 months, I have not received any response from service provider. Every time they only say that spares are not available. It is really very strange that spares of such expensive handset are not available for a long time. It is same as cheating with customers, while claiming world class services....

Samsung charger not being replaced during guarantee period. during the initial period of purchase the charger was having loose connection and due to busy work schedule working in BPCL I could not go to the shop for replacement and finally I went to Samsung dealer shop in mavellikara he refused to give asking me to get the original box of charger which I had not kept it with me. Kindly do the needful or for such a small issue I will have to publisise the matter and circulate it to all and also give in news. Please do the needful.

I had purchased a brand new refrigerator 2 months back but since then 3 of the electronic parts have gone unserviceable & when contacted your service engineer he says it is due to electricity fluctuations in your residential area which is certainly not a case. Your engineer insist on part replacement but I would like a complete replacement of refrigerator being it a new & within warranty period.
As a consumer I have every right for monitory satisfaction also I know as a brand name it would reflect a bad name...
