This is regarding my recent purchase with Samsung. I am planning to shift in a new house and i bought three 1.5 Ton 3 Star AC and 55'' 4K UHD Smart TV from Amazon which were delivered in last week of July 2019. Due to sudden family engagement, i had to leave town and i came back on 06 Sep 2019.

On 07 Sep 2019, I registered the installation request and on 08 Sep 2019, Samsung installation executive visited my place and installed two AC''s. Hi,

We have purchased more than 50 Samsung TV. A software called Magic info light has to be installed in 20 Samsung TV. The ticket was raised two weeks before, but the problem is still not resolved. I am in contact with a Samsung guy Dinesh([protected]), but this person is not responding properly. from the last week, he is just postponing for tomorrow but tomorrow never comes. And 3 people visited the company before, they were unprofessional & was not aware of the problem.

For past one week my samsung washing machine gives loud brushing sound before starting to rotate for rinse and also for spin. After it reaches some speed the sound stops. Except for the weird sound it was all fine. I thought this brushing should not put the machine to big problem. So i booked a complaint to samsung customer care on 09/09/2019. I was trying to buy the note 10+ as an upgrade of my s10+ and i have generated my quote id through my mobile my galaxy.
But when trying to purchase through corporate site after putting my exchange id, it is repeated showing the quote id is wrong and please regenerate.

Dear sir,
I have bought samsung double door refrigerator from shahs - chrompet chennai division on january 2018. Within 2 months the fridge had an issue of bottom portion not getting cold and only freezer is working.
1st visit in april 2018 by samsung team:
Technician came and fixed stating that it is just fridge ice choke + cooling fan struck they checked and went back doing some minor cleaning and said it will work. It was working for 2-3 months.
2nd visit in july / august 2018

After multiple reminder, Technician (Mr Rohit from Sec-3, Noida service centre ) came on 3rd Sep, 2019 and told that some part need to be replaced.He told he will bring part on next day but till date none from Customer Care or Service centre has contacted.
