I had purchased 42 inch LG TV from rajajinagar bangalore branch in the month of April 22 where they had promised me to give a trolley bag as a offer and same has been mentioned in invoice. Since bag was not available at store on that day they informed me that they will call when bag will be available at store. Now in the month of November 22 after many number of visits to stores and calls they gave us bag which was damaged. Such a poor customer service.
