No proper customer support service

I had purchased 42 inch LG TV from rajajinagar bangalore branch in the month of April 22 where they had promised me to give a trolley bag as a offer and same has been mentioned in invoice. Since bag was not available at store on that day they informed me that they will call when bag will be available at store. Now in the month of November 22 after many number of visits to stores and calls they gave us bag which was damaged. Such a poor customer...

We have purchased washing Machine and refrigerator in Adishwar show room, nagarabhavi BDA COMPLEX,
WE PAID COMPLETE PAYMENT AT a time.
Unfatunately we exchanged refrigerator which we don't like.so wewe asked for LG 4starer double one. But they have delivered 2Starer. Asking for balance 3000 payment . As we expected not received. So are not ready to make the payment because daily calling and coming to the house adress and harassing us to make the balance. We are really getting insulting by every day. Please raise complaint and take action on this . Other wise I will go for consumer court.

    Adishwar hosur road branch is doing mischeivenous. The entire team there function mutually my experience was they delivered the wrong model of the Fridge after delivery
    This concern was spoken with the Manager but he was least interested to hear us out. I really to any person walking in Adishwar to buy any product be very deligent in talk and talk photos of the product before and after delivery
    The product shown during sale will never be similar on delivery
    its better to avoid such big risk loosing and disheartening yourself

      I have purchased symphony cooler from aadishwar showroom on 16th apr 19, afte 2hrs it's stopped working. Next day morning i reach out to showroom and manager told reach out to aadishwar customer care, when i try to reach out its not even answered for 2 hrs, after that one lady picked the call and she told we need to reach out to store only and she connected to showroom manager now manager told as we pour water into cooler we can't replace (I don't know how we can use a cooler without water) and reach out to symphony customer care, in online we have 10 days replacement warranty, why we need to purchase here.
      That is another story i have raised a complaint with symphony on 17th morning and they told it will be auctioned in 24 to 48 hrs, it's been 4 days still it's not actioned.

        I have purchased new symphony hismart air cooler on 24 th march, but water pump is not working. Adishwar people are helping me at all & is talking rudely. Adishwar marathahalli branch. Bill no:[protected]. Even they made a bill on 24 th march but showed us a piece which is not in a good form, again i went to branch on 25th march to collect it. Kindly help me out.

          Dear team, i bought mc3286blt micro oven from adishwar, rajajinagar no. 280/107, 19th main road, opp. Diacon hospital, 1st n block, rajajinagar, bangalore - 560010, tel:[protected]/93, [protected]@adishwarindia.com (Manager: chinnappa). I had specifically asked him to show microwave owen with pasturized milk option. He showed mc3286blt and confirmed that this model has the option i asked for. During installation, i was told that mc3286blt do not have pasturized milk option and if i need such option, i need to pay addition of rs.3000/- and buy. I am not satisfied with the dealer as he has given false information and misguided me. I want to return your product. I have already notified him a week back but no response from him. Attaching the bill for your reference.

            I have bought one refrigerator on 1/11/2015 from Bangalore Marthalli Adishwar show room, here I paid tax for that product Rs.1850/- but I have not satisfied of refrigerator capacity. So I would like to exchange the received product. I reached show room and asked the delivery manager of Adishwar on next day mean 2/11/2015. He is saying I need to pay extra tax (Rs.1850/-) on received product. I asked to him why I need to pay..he is saying that is company policy. Please give me solution on this.

              I had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 11th-Feb-2015 from Adishwar (Marathalli). I had noted down the serial number of the display piece which they had kept at the store. They told they will deliver new piece from warehouse. But on delivery I found that they had delivered the display piece. When i compliant to them they said they had deliverd the display piece by mistake and told to replace the piece. The replacement piece was also defective. Can strict action be taken against Adishwar and impose fine and cancel their license for cheating customers.

                Good Evening Sir/Madam

                this is to bring to your notice that executives and the staff at the Banjarahills Branch in Hyderabad of Adishwar Electro World have been giving me a false information about the delivary of my Fridge which i have taken on Sunday the 12th Day of September, 2010. void Bill no 4010-531

                i have been informed at the time of booking that my fridge would be delivered at around 4pm on monday the 13th day of September, but even after my continous pursuance with your staff my fridge have not been delivered to me till this minute(2130hrs),

                i have spoken with Mr. Laxmi Nararayana the Manager for the Branch and he has informed me to take any step if the fridge is not delivered by 2044hrs as such i am here with putting up my complaint at your end and also at the Complaints Cell of the Adishwar in the Adishwar Site.

                Kindly do the needful and see that these people do give due respect to the customers
