Payment bank of amount rs. 3500/- on 27/08/2018. It's transaction id is "nhmp[protected]". The amount was deducted but it wasn't credited. So, i spoke to one of your customer service representative. She told me, it will be reversed back into your hdfc bank account in 7 working days. Now i wants to know the reason that when my payment has successfully completed than why it will take 7 working days. I have received the message from aditya birla payment bank that your transaction is successful but customer care executive denied the same even i'm not able to check payment status but no one is bothering towards my problem at customer care. I have lost my money and valuable time too.
I want my money back. I'm going to uninstall the app and not willing to use stupid and useless abpb bank account. I'm tired o[censored]sing it and giving complaints again and again. I pity on your banking services.
