But it's my special request refund me now...because my father has been hospitalized suffering from paralysis and cardiac attack...and I don't have money for the treatment because I have paid it here...and my father is very serious..to save him I need my money...otherwise it will be too late...please I m begging you that refund my money in this week...otherwise doctor has told it will be too late...now my father's life is in your hands..please kindly refund...I have the bond papers with me...

I have written so many mails to abfl but not getting any support regarding ecs charges while i had already applied for moratorium from jun to aug 2020.
Yet abfl presented nach for emi 5 times.
And my icici charged rs 590*5 = rs 2950.
I want my money refund.
And i have requested for loan restructure or so that my emi can be reduced upto 5000 by increasing my emi tenure. I am paying my emi since more than 1 year.
I need your help this time, so please provide me this by loan restructuring or loan moratorium for 6 months sept 2020 to feb 2020.
As i am not getting my full salary.
Please look into this.

I was in need of money and found the website online. Then i submitted a request on their company's website (https://adtybrlfinanc.in/).
And the next day i got a call from a person and said that i am calling from ADITYA BIRLA CAPITAL .He asked me to send my documents for personal loan of 2, 00000 for verification through whatsapp and i sent the same to him. After that, i got another call saying that i need to pay the loan processing fee which is 3, 500 and i paid the same.Then the person who was supposed to transfer the money called me and also sent me a text

Kindly make processing fee Rs.3, 500/- Our Concerned team will contact you soon. Which i also paid because i thought that this is a finance company so may be the procedure is different from the banks.
Then again he asked me to send 15, 400 as Insurance charges and he said that its refundabe.

I told him that i don't have any money left and will not be able to pay anymore and he promised that after this i will get all the money refunded back to my account along with the loan amount. So i arranged the money and sent the same to him.
After that he called me and said there is a NOC ( Non objection certificate ) charge of Rs.22, 600 pay that too then your loan amount is credit on your account and then pay no more. I told him that i don't have any money left and will not be able to pay anymore and he promised that after this i will get all the money refunded back to my account along with the loan amount.
I told him that i can not pay another penny and want my money to get refunded back to my account otherwise i complaint to the police station against you and your company, he replied to me that do whatever you can but we will not refund you any amount and we will not cancel the loan process.. He was not listening to me at all and asked me to arrange the money somehow and disconnected the call.
And now he is continuously calling me and threatening me that you are bound to pay the money and misbehaving with me

I told him that i don't have any money left and will not be able to pay anymore and he promised that after this i will get all the money refunded back to my account along with the loan amount. So i arranged the money and sent the same to him.
After that he called again to send 5400 as IMPS (Immediate Payment Service. IMPS is an instant funds transfer system in India.)charge to send the loan to my account. I told him that i can not pay another penny and want my money to get refunded back to my account otherwise i complaint to the police station against you and your company he replayed to me for me that do what you can our company is registered so that i can repay back the same to the people i have borrowed money from. He was not listening to me at all and asked me to arrange the money somehow and disconneted the call.

Payment bank of amount rs. 3500/- on 27/08/2018. It's transaction id is "nhmp[protected]". The amount was deducted but it wasn't credited. So, i spoke to one of your customer service representative. She told me, it will be reversed back into your hdfc bank account in 7 working days. Now i wants to know the reason that when my payment has successfully completed than why it will take 7 working days. I have received the message from aditya birla payment bank that your transaction is successful but customer care executive denied the same even i'm not able to check payment status but no one is bothering towards my problem at customer care. I have lost my money and valuable time too.
I want my money back. I'm going to uninstall the app and not willing to use stupid and useless abpb bank account. I'm tired o[censored]sing it and giving complaints again and again. I pity on your banking services.

I sadiya from mumbai, applied for a loan of rs.100000/- near about 1 months ago, from aditya birla company i submit every necessary document as per company rules to your representative. My application id 1917422 applied date 17 july
And the name of person mr. Manoj jha came to collect document and verification purpose her contact number ([protected]).
I send mail sms for status but no one gives me actual status related to my loan
Then one day i coordinate with mr. Manoj related my status then he said you have to submit again documents then also i submit all document then again i call him after 2 days related my status they said within 7 days loan get disbursement then i called him he said its on disbursement process then i mailed also send sms to company mail id but no reply about my loan status and manoj is not receiving my call.
Kindly update my status please

My loan was an pre-approved. submitted everything even the cheques after it was approved. now no reply.. emailed your customer team gets an automated reply. Is it a spam? i would make a police complain spamming me and wasting my time. reply me wit the status or escalate the matter been very long. no idea wats happening.. i will escalate in a day if this is not taken seriously.. have escalated on facebook no reply!!!

It is taking tym Bcoz of the festive season... Now today it's 17Jan... I m trying to call fraud Rahul Khanna many times but his phone is switched off.. ..this ig employment.
