My self, dinesh, i have paid full and final payment of my personal loan and it has already passed almost 06 months but still i have not received my noc. It is also informed that the charges of rs.2658/- have been unnecessary made on my preclosure loan amount, which i have paid, in spite of this aditya birla capital has not given my noc.
Plz find attached preclosure letter which i received from aditya birla capital and as per letter i have paid full amount.
Please do the needful and my details may be obtained from preclosure letter. (Copy attached)

This mail is in regard to informing you that after settling all my dues to Aditya Birla against the Loan Account NO - ABFLND_DIG[protected], the ACH is still hitting my account. We have not received NOC yet. Even we are getting calls from your collection department for the payments. We have been informed by mailing the same at Care.[protected]@adityabirlacapital.com but no responses received. The loan was closed in the month of January and Now it is August and every month ACH has been hitting the account which is affecting me in the form of bouncing charges. Your callers threat and misbehaves over the telecon. They don't listen to my request.
Request you to look and help me into this matter. Also asked them to waive off these 8 months bouncing charges.
Attached the settlement letter and payment receipt for your reference.
