Renewed a motor insurance policy amounting 5696/- on 21st December 2019. The amount was debited from bank account but no policy was generated due to techNical issue. Hello, i have applied for a loan, so bank people taken cibil report of mine.
I that report account number f l a/c lxn d[protected] which is not belongs to me. So i raised many (5 times) dispute to cibil just closed saying that account belongs to me only.

I had enrolled for a policy on 31st march 2019, which was cancelled on 10th april due to some issues in my address.
Upon query on the refund i was told that it would be automatically credited to the original mode of payment within 15 days. But tomorrow is the 15th day and i do not have any update on the refund. They people have extreme interest charges for personal loan. At the time of taking loan i had been advised that we will reduce the interest rate after couple of installments. But nothing happened, my interest rate is too high. I want to just get rid of from this loan amount. The owner of this company is becoming rich who do not even deserve to live like this....

I tool a digital loan from mobikwik disbursed by aditya birla capital. I wanted to foreslose the loan so i called customer care as wass asked to send an email to digital finance team. I sent an email a after 5 days received a reply with foreclosure amount and everything.
