I have applied for personal loan. They told me to pay process charge, life insurance, gst, TDS, income tax, RBI holding charge, late fine, after that the amount will be credited to my account.
I have paid all these charges, but the amount was not credited.
I asked them about it and now they are
asking me to pay transaction charges, only then the amount will be credited.

Sir/mam i have applied my loan on 05.05.2020 bit my loan hasn't approved. The agent who call me has done the various steps to proceed my loan application but i have not received my amount yet. His name is hemendra kumar chief finance advisor. His employee code is dm-0689. At first he ask me for legal processing fees which is 5500rs. I paid that after than insurance paper he asked me to pay 11, 999rs i pay that. And after he asked me to pay 16, 900rs for gst paper work. I think that these charges are like to pay i pay that charge. And after all he asked me to pay the noc amount which is 10, 200rs and he said that you have to pay the half of the amount which is 5100rs noc charge and none charge will be taken after that. But sir i didn't believe that he is a employee of aditya birla capital company. He is a fraudulent and his work is to fraud innocent people who are in problem and apply the loan in his company. Sir please help me to get rid out of this and i want my amount back please help me out.

I have cheated by Aditya Birla Capital. I owed a personal loan wid Aditya Birla Capital online portal. Person name Amit Kumar and his mob: [protected]. I[censored] call me I tell u everything.

Hi, i applied for the loan in the portal of aditya birla capital on, and i recieved a call after 3 hours stating you can take loan please send your documents in whatsapp. I did the same then they told you only have to send 3500 only which will be refunded in your loan amount, and i did the same as he provided me the some aprroval document. Then after a day he send some message on phone stating i need to pay 9600 as insurance amount, i payed that also as he told it will be refunded in my loan amount.
Then after a day he was not replying neither not picking up my call, after a day he blocked me in whatsapp.
Then i messaged him from another whatsapp number stating i am going to put a fraud case so he unblocked me and now he is saying to pay 15200 as the process got delayed and only then my loan will be processed. Now they are neither giving my money back neither processing the loan. They are not replying or they are not picking the call.

Renewed a motor insurance policy amounting 5696/- on 21st December 2019. The amount was debited from bank account but no policy was generated due to techNical issue. Made repeated complaints but got no response whatsoever towards solving of issue. It is almost a month now but I have no idea when and how this issue is going to be resolved. Absolutely pathetic customer care with fake promises and false commitments.

It is to inform that i had requested for foreclosure. However there was a slight difference in the final closure amount. So, i issued a draft of rs. 418188/-. There was a difference amount of rs. 10000/- (Approx) which had to be reworked. So, it was informed by the executive that i may send the draft which has been prepared and the difference amount may be transferred online. However my person was asked to wait for more than 2 hours and then they refused to accept the draft, stating they would require the full amount, whereas it was informed by themselves to send the draft which is ready.

Hello, i have applied for a loan, so bank people taken cibil report of mine.
I that report account number f l a/c lxn d[protected] which is not belongs to me. So i raised many (5 times) dispute to cibil just closed saying that account belongs to me only.

I spoke aditya birla customer care many times they confirmed on call that acct is not belongs me

But they taking more than 35days to update cibil still they not updated.

Lxn d[protected] belongs to santosh from jaipur.

But staying i am from hyderabad complete data is different.

If i call cibil they are saying we got the same update from aditya birla.
Aditya birla people saying that we will updating to cibil (Which is not update till now).

Please do needful on the same.

First of all aditya birla capital-finance is a chor.. After closing my daughters loan account.. Giving them 2 dd of 5, 38, 386.00 and 26, 522.00 which they cashed out the next day and signed by mr. Ganesh sharma of aditya birla. Besides this the repayment schedule of aditya birla capital-finance clearly mentioned only 5, 38, 386.00 but the chor companies customer care dept team guy mr virendra rawal asked for more to close the account the amount of26, 522.00 which was paid with the 5, 38, 386.00. Both are dd. Received by ganesh acharya. After closure they keep sending guys to my house, customer care and call center women call up and harass me on phone. What kind of employees does aditya birla capital-finance have in their so called prestigious company. I am 75 years old suffering from a paralytic attack and i personally have visited their office three times but it seems everyone has 20 breaks during office hours, no one is at their desk, they come and go and do not attend clients waiting for hours on end. They seem to have yet not closed my loan as october emi was cut which should not have been. Either they send me an apology letter and refund back my emi of 16, 288.00 or i put all this in court and papers. Company chor, ganesh sharma and virendra rawal all chors and two girls who called and harrassed me chors.

I have cheated by Aditya Birla Capital. I owed a personal loan with Aditya Birla Capital, Loan number LXW-M[protected] as I was going through a financial issues I was not able to clear the debt your people calling me threatening me and my family for money I told them I don't have money then too person used to visit any time at my residence I used to receive late night calls, from July I received an call from one of your capital first collection agency for collection of my debt I told that lady I wanna do settlement give me some offer she told me last she can close the loan in 40k with no further obligation I said her that won't work for me I am jobless and started working if you can close the loan in 30 k she directly started abusing me stating if you are not worthwhile why took a loan your father will pay or what I felt very insulated and disharted that an Birla group brand can treat their consumers like this.
In September month again I received a call stating that I can close my loan in 30k I was bit happy but I was not knowing behind this there was a great fraud Wich is going to happen with me.
On 27- September- 2019 morning I received a from Collection representative stating it's taking some time to get the settlement Letter you pay my field advisor 30k he will give you a payment receipt and letter you will receive till day end I took a trust and made a payment but I didn't receive any settlement letter nor I got the confirmation of the payment I made I was frustrated and worried I called that lady again she said we bluffed with you it's not an settlement you need to pay more 40k. I am going to file a law suit for this and I will post globally if I found more consumers facing same problem then I will make sure Birla group brand name goes to a toss. If I don't receive a call from you'll in next 24 hrs I am going to file a law suit and report RBI the same and file a cyber crime case same I will post on capital first official websites. I have a call recording Wich states that capital first has given a settlement of 30 k and they bluffed me it's big time fraudulent.

My self, dinesh, i have paid full and final payment of my personal loan and it has already passed almost 06 months but still i have not received my noc. It is also informed that the charges of rs.2658/- have been unnecessary made on my preclosure loan amount, which i have paid, in spite of this aditya birla capital has not given my noc.

Plz find attached preclosure letter which i received from aditya...

I had enrolled for a policy on 31st march 2019, which was cancelled on 10th april due to some issues in my address.
Upon query on the refund i was told that it would be automatically credited to the original mode of payment within 15 days. But tomorrow is the 15th day and i do not have any update on the refund. Even your employee who had contacted me for this policy is not providing any suitable reply. Look forward to your intervention.

They people have extreme interest charges for personal loan. At the time of taking loan i had been advised that we will reduce the interest rate after couple of installments. But nothing happened, my interest rate is too high. I want to just get rid of from this loan amount. The owner of this company is becoming rich who do not even deserve to live like this.

I transferred the balance of aditya birla loan to hdfc. Hdfc gave me a dd to pay off the aditya birla loan on june 25th 2018.

I couldn't pay off because my email address was incorrect in their system. For them to send me the foreclosure letter i must have a correct email address.

I tried the option to update my email id on their website. I called their customer service after it wasn't updated, their customer service said that on the website, it doesn't update, i have to send an email with my id proof and it will take 15 days to update. Even then i sent the email and after long email conversation, it finally got updated in aug 2018.

Then i requested for payoff quote and went to their office in pune. I received the foreclosure letter on 17th aug and i went to their office with the dd on 18th aug. They denied to take it because they said that the payoff quote is expired. I have attached the foreclosure letter. So again the same cycle started off calling them and send the email and waiting for 15 days.

The dd which hdfc was valid till 3 months, got expired. I have been in conversation daily with satish and shakeel but it kept getting delayed. They kept charging the interest.

They charged me interest, asked 1100rs to get foreclosure letter, delayed a simple process which other banks take less than 2 business days. After paying 4 emis since july they refunded me the only amount of 1 emi. They reported me to cibil for failing on my payment, hdfc cheque was bounced so they also reported me. Basically, i paid a lot got my cibil ruined, mental torture, incompetent customer service. All i want is rectify my cibil score, return my emi, pay the overdue charges which hdfc has charged to me, compensation for the mental stress, i had to face because of them. I have all the emails, they are so huge i cannot attach it.

I want my 4 emi back and not just that, i want them to pay 5 lakh rs as the inconvenience charges because i had to take another loan to pay loans of aditya birla. Because of them, my credit card payments got delayed. My cibil is ruined.

I sent them a pdf, i have attached to it.
This loan was supposed to be closed by july it is only because if their lazy attitude towards the business has caused me mental harassment and so much inconvenience.

I have requested to provide foreclosure letter to aditya birla capital for my ongoing home loan hfhl_[protected] - documents request crm:06221046.

After one month of my request and 100 times follow up, they replied asking me to pay foreclosure statement charges. They are cheating customers. They are wasting my time, and day to day interest is also increasing for my loan. Can you please help? When i said that i will complain to consumer forum, they clearly said, we don't care about consumer forum.

Need to take strong legal action against them. Please help me.

I want to make a fraud making complaint of a person named as Mr Rakesh Malhotra (Mobile Protected), who says he belongs to Birla Capital and can provide loan on behalf of one Life Insurance Policy as a guarantee. Because of this I bought a policy from Bharti AXA. Now after all the process has been done, that person is not picking my call even I got the loan credit date of 3 Jan 2016, then 5 Jan 2016, then 15 Jan 2016. I tried to contact Birla Capital people but they didn't respond me properly. I can provide the policy details if required. This person sits in Birla Capital, Above Bank of Baroda, Kannaught Place, New Delhi. Please take some action on this person.

After one month still my loan is not credit in my account every time cc is saying your loan is digetal loan so we don't have much information about your loan. I submitted all documents even they verified my bank account also. Still no idea when i can get loan. I applied for loan because i'm in need if i will not get on time then what i will do with money.

Aditya birla capital (Digital loan) service is ridiculous. I have emailed & called them so many times. But no response till date

I tool a digital loan from mobikwik disbursed by aditya birla capital. I wanted to foreslose the loan so i called customer care as wass asked to send an email to digital finance team. I sent an email a after 5 days received a reply with foreclosure amount and everything. Ipaid off the complete loan on 24th september 2018 since then i have been following up on the emails but no replies regarding the noc. I called the customer care on 3rd october after i received a message about emi deduction on 5th october but they dod not have any information about the loan and they said they will forward my request to the concerned department and i should ignore the automated message and will receive an noc in 48 hours. To my surprise emi was deducted yesterday even after paying the full foreclosure amount and still i am not getting any replies to the email. I call customer care again but again got the same information that they will forward the requeat to concerned team. I have a medical situation in my home and i need all the funds possible. If i do not get a revert to my emails or my hard earned money back i am going in to the consumer court with all the emails and call recordings and will seek claim for all my time, energy, money wasted in tracing my own money and mental and physical harrasment i am going through and in case i go short of funds for the medical situation i have i will go to higher court and file a criminal case against aditya birla capital for mishandling their customers and still having a valid banking lincense ro operate.

The biggest scam a company is running is aditya birla capital.

First they call you that your personal loan has been approved then ask money for document collection and they ask for

1. 1 rupee cheque

2. 17420/ rs cheque (Without date)

3. 450000/ rs cheque (With out date)

Despite of many reminders and calls, the below are still not resolved and i am waiting for my refund from the last 17 days. Since i am also a salaried person, i have other emi to pay and suffering big time.

There is another emi which is due on 23rd, will be unpaid due to insufficient bank balance. This is to request to pay the interest charges to hold my amount for more 20 days.

I would also like to request a refund of all the default charges that have been applied to my account. Please provide the refund amount and interest charges to my bank account asap.

This is really one of the bad service provider and trustless company.

I have paid all outstanding amount still EMI generated and got hit in my bank account. Due to insufficient fund it got rejected but when I transferred amount to my account then it got hit again in bank and debited money from my account.

I paid all outstanding money and additionally they charged me for extra EMI.

And when I am taking help from customer care then they even don't know how to response on email.

Its been 15 email exchanged still no proper response and I am worried don't know may be ABFL again generate EMI and same I need to pay in next month.

Really one of the most irritating company and worst in customer service.

Took loan from Aditya Birla sept. 2017 .Till the date ECS not activated two times i signed the form and hand over 3 cheque. This month i came to know that 5times delay payment is done from my end.I tried to contact with Bangalore team and customer support no response.Everyone telling i am not the concern person.

Wen i called u so many tym about my money so they denied nd tell dat dey didn’t receive money. Then i hv complained to bank about dis they told me u hv to wait 30 days. So today i got call from bank that there is not any problem from there side. They told me call aditya birla about ur money. So pls gv my money asap. This is first time i hv bear dis type of problem. Pls help me out dis.

I have applied personal loan (931467) of 2 lacs which got approved one month ago on 23% roi. I had given all d necessary documents and after one week i was getting calls that it will be disbursed today or by tomorrow evening but till date it's not disbursed. I am getting call from bombay and everywhere of false committment dat ur loan will get disbursed within 7-8 days.
There is no particular date given from company of disbursal
I am fed with this company by doing follow ups on daily basis.
Requesting all not to ever go with aditya birla for any of your financial need.

Myself anjali kanthila udaya. I had applied a loan of 2 lakhs online and got approved. The collection executive varun ([protected]). Collected all documents including cheque before a month. The loan got approved and they called said 1-2 days it will be credited to your bank account. There is no amount i received till now. When i went to their office in banglore near to nalli silks and garuda mall. The person mr. Gunasekhar ([protected]) said your loan is disbursed already bbut still no amount received.

No mails received from them, no calls from them, i am in a dilemma now.

I had paid advance to aditya birla capital a amount of 185000/- as a processing fee. I have not availed any loan from them and now they are not returning my money. They say that they have disbursed the loan but there have been no transfer in my account. They say the money would not be refunded. Kindly help me to get my money back. The company is playing foul and want to grab my money.
