I had taken a loan from Aditya Birla finance limited . they disbursed the loan amount in my account on 4th of January 2018. but as per there record they have disbursed the loan amount in my account on 31st December. They had deducted 1273 rupees from my loan amount as as interest for period of 31st December to 4th January . 5th of every month is Loan emi due date. I send them more than 20 emails regarding that and also share my bank account statement that loan has been disbursed on 4th of January but they are always saying that NEFT has been done on 31st December and not Listening to me. so please take action and asked them to return my 1273 rs to me.
