Harrasment calls to me and family members, legal notice

I had taken a Loan from money view loan Application on behalf of Aditya Birla Capital Finance (ABFL)

I have paid some of my 12 emi's regularly
But unfortunately i lost my father and job and also I tried requesting to allow me time for 3 months so that whatever the EMI amount was there I will be paying.

And i am unable to pay my loans so I have requested them to give me some grace period... But they are...

The ABFL finance team is not closing my digital loan account after receiving the loan amount.
For this issue, my auto debit linked bank account deducts 500 rupees for the loan overdue.
I was paid two amounts by giving NEFT bank details to the ABFL finance team. As shared the transaction details below

1. SETTLEMENT REFERENCE: IN4ON23093005DWT - Rs. 4153
2. SETTLEMENT REFERENCE- IN4ON[protected]FZ- Rs. 176

And they did not help me if I called them regarding this issue, after listing my problem they cut the call.
Please take action against ABFL and do the needful.

      I have a loan A/c No. LXW-M[protected] from you via PayTM, EMI date comes on the 5th of every month. But my problem is my salary comes around the 8th of every month. Requesting you to change my EMI date to the 10th of every month will really helpful.

      Aditya Birla customer service team,

      I am truly sick and tired of chasing aditya birla since 27th jan In regard to my foreclosure letter. I regret to state that this is a clear case of CUSTOMER AVOIDANCE !

      I have been contacting you via all your channels, chat, phone, social media contacts and still i have not recived my forclosure letter. All your customer service team does is say that the matter is being prioritized, where is the priority here ? I see many customers complain about the same thing !!!

      I began contacting you in January 2023 and till date I have heard anything from you.

      Please see below all the cases i have raised with no response from your team. Are you short staffed ? How difficult is it to calculate my forclosure amount and send me the letter ?

      Everytime I get a new request number, but no results.

      I was so frustrated that on 17th Feb I went to your office in Gurgaon, platina towers for help. Even they were shocked by how Long this is taken ! And they told me that I may need to go to Noida branch, this brach is 46kms away !! Are you kidding me???

      My next emi date in 5th March, and I wanted to close this loan in February. I am informing you in advance that I will NOT be paying the next EMI on 5th March as it is your incompetence that you have not provided my forclosure letter in time. Neither will you dare charge me any bounce fees for this.

      I have requested kindly several times but your team does not understand so now I demand that you provide me with my forclosure letter In the next 24 hours.

        I'm an ola money Postpaid customer(ABFL funded). Recently from my credit report I got to know that there is an over due of Rs.177 in my ola money account from last September. When cross checked all the transaction details, It was found that I have cleared all the dues within time period. Overdue error has brought down my CIBIL score by more than 110 points which is troubling me by all means. Also there no option for paying overdue amount so that I can break further reduction in CIBIL score until ABFL rectify the issue. Kindly rectify the issue at the earliest.

          Loan closure

          I have raise a request for loan closure and have paid my full and final settlement. Yet i didnt receive any call back for my noc nor an acknowledgement.
          I am trying to contact the agent named chara from t nagar chennai branch who gave me the account details and plan for foreclosure.
          She is not even responding now. I tried to email the customer care but yet no response.
          No other way to call and speak.

          Since I have paid the full and final payment as per the foreclosure letter still facing harrassment from Aditya birla financial.
          I had transferred my existing loan in HDFC bank has made the full final payment on my behalf as requested by you. Still I am being harrassment by different different agencies and I have visited many times to concern Aditya birla finance office but didn't found any kind of satisfactory resolution.

          Now, I have been forced to do FIR in nearest police station, which I don't want go through

          Please look into this matter as soon as possible, and do the needful.

            I have completed all the payments and dues of my loan. It's been more than 45 days but still I have not received NOC. If you talk to their executive then they do not talk properly. Because of them my CIBIL is getting bad.

                I have not taken any loan from Aditya Birla F L. When I login my cibil account the report shows that I'm taking loan from ABFL company.
                250 loan was sanctioned in 2021 and the outstanding amount 835. How come ABFL company will do this without customer knowledge?

                Can someone help me out of this? and I want to remove this fake data from the cibil report

                        Dear sir,
                        I Jaiveer had took loan from aditya birla finance and I required the foreclosures of the same ASAP. Infact I had applied it previously but I didn't get any response out of it. I had also visited your Noida Sector 3 office and met with Miss.Payal and Mr.Dinesh and they had guided me to send a mail again for the foreclosures and Lod to mail. I am following aditya for these documents for last one month but till date I didn't received any response. Provide me the docs before 22 March 2022 as I need it urgently. Otherwise i have to file a written complaint to banking ombudsman and other department for relief.

                          I had made the payment of my Emi on 14th march 2021 of Rs. 13852 and on 15th march, I have made payment of Rs. 192. I had sent the screenshots of payment to ABCF to confirm it on whatsapp also. But it was not confirmed and my emi of rs. 13399 and rs. 237 again deducted on 15th march. So, please refund the excessively deducted emi to my bank account.

                          I have complained customer care since 15th march but no one help me till now.

                          Kindly help me to get my excessively debited emi as refund from aditya birla finance.

                            Hi Team,

                            I got an email from Aditya Birla Finance on 9th Feb stating that I have accepted their loan offering on[protected]. But I never received any call from the Aditya Birla Finance or I never approached Aditya Birla Finance for loan and never confirmed to process the loan amount.

                            Now I have received the Sanction letter from the Aditya Birla Finance. Looks like Aditya Birla Finance company and their employees are involving in fraudulent activities like collecting the customer details without the customer knowledge, creating, approving the loan request and Sanctioning the money without the customer consent. More importantly I am not even a customer of any of the Aditya Birla group.

                            I feel Aditya Birla Finance cheated me and trying to gain the company out it.

                            Could you please help with this regards? Herewith I have attached Loan Approval email and Sanction letter received from Aditya Birla Finance for your reference and let me know if you need further details.

                              This is regards to my loan ABFLNDPL[protected] .I had requested fo 2 BT, one for Clix Capital ( Amt 372392) and 2nd for Bajaj ( Rs 90000).Bothe the cheques were issued in Feb2020. Due to lockdown the Clix cheque got misplaced by Clix capital and I had asked ABFL to reprint the cheque. They reprinted a wrong cheque and gave me in Nov . I had asked them again t reissue that and it has been almost more than a month that this is not getting resolved . For the 90000 cheque which I paid from my pocket, I had asked them to transfer the amt for which they had taken all the details of cancelled cheque and my citibank account details and that too hasnt been done till now.All te managers I have spoken to have no reply.I am totally frustrated. I even paid Rs 11383 to Clix from my own pocket as a penalty .I need to close this ASAP and because of your delay I am getting legl notice from Clix capital.I need this sorted immediately.

                                Dear Sir I taken Mi credit loan 1lac by ABFL before lockdown everything regular and my parent bank HDFC always support. But due to ABFL only they send Payment deduct instruction to bank only to collect increase fine. When RBI finalize to convert Low EMI option I sent request to ABFL. But then after that in month 2 time send bank previous emi but not convert till due to ABFL my credit score goes below that my 7 year faithful bank also not support due to ABFL only fine increase system. Now every support to low emi conversion on same time in this month again ABFL again send instruction but my good luck todays emi passed but if not cleared then again they charged heavy amount of fine just income but not think we lost credit score. Due to ABFL I in position to suicide.This type nature peoples socide so RBI must handle this case.to who only work against govt order and increase fine by wrong way and reduce client credit score. My mobile changed already I send mail but they never support. Why fine illegally allowed but RBI. Kindly check my loan account specially and refund fine and give my credit score as previous which lost due to ABFL Mi credit.below mail of ABFL after that they also today present 1 previous same EMI.

                                  I have loan from aditya birla and i opted for moratorium till 31 may 2020, after that from bank i got call to send mail for moratorium extension till 31 august 2020.
                                  I sent mail but after that 3 times they presented emi in my account due to that i have 3 times bouncing charges.
                                  Please take some serious action against them.

                                    Hello,

                                    I had taken a loan from aditya birla finance limited. I have always paid my emi's on time, however, due to this covid-19 i am unable to pay my emi's so i had requested for moratorium till 31st may 2020 which they had approved. Then on 2nd june i had again requested for moratorium extension till 31st august but they are not responding to my emails.

                                    They tried to debit the emi twice due to which i would have to pay the bounce charges. They are calling several times each day and harassing me, when i told them about the rbi announcement for loan moratorium till 31st august, they said they are not following this rule of rbi.

                                          Dear sir,
                                          I have applied a business loan on 2018 to aditya birla finance limited, but without my permission and confirmation they have transferred the loan amount to my bank account.
                                          After getting i was paying every emi within their due dates and from 2019 april i paid directly to their respective loan account. All 8s running good, but from august 2019 they are changing me check bounce charges every month and after few months they charging twice a month.
                                          Sir, i have lost my job on 2018 december. But till date i am paying all emi's in time. And have requested to the company (Abfl) for waiver those charges and i will made the payment of entire amount. But they are not taking any action regarding this and continuing the pressure over me.

                                          Please help me to solve the issue.
                                          At this circumstances i am unable to do anything. If this is running continuously someday i will die.

                                            personal loan foreclosure lock in period

                                            I had taken personal loan from aditya birla finance ltd, pune branch in march'18 & in the personal loan agreement i had signed it was clearly mentioned that the loan can be repaid fully after completion of six months by paying 3% foreclosure charges.                                             Hi sir,
                                            I had taken a personal loan (Lxw-m[protected] of 1 lacs from abfl through mobikwik. The emi was supposed to start from october 2019, but before that i had called to the customer care and paid the total money of 102083 rupees on 30 september 2019 and also received the confirmation massage from bank that “we received the amount for the loan account”.

                                            In the preclose letter ot is not written anywhere to send the payment screen shot, but was written in the mail as a request. As i received the confirmation of the payment, i did not sent any screenshot of the payment.

                                            When i requested a noc of my closed loan they told me that please send the screenshot and we will send the noc. Screenshot sent but not received the noc. Instead received a foreclose letter again to pay money to close the account.

                                            Their customer care executive is telling that the outstanding is showing “zero” and we will send the noc, but their backend team calling and asking for deferential money from 30 sep.

                                            Why should i pay again if their system can not track the payment towards the requested foreclosure even i received the massage of confirmation from bank.

                                            I want the noc as soon as possible. If not pay the interest of the full money that i paid you on 30 september 2019 till date. Interest should be calculated both ways, not only one sided.

                                            What is the status of this complain? I paid today 3563 rupees additional with lot of pain as the differential amount from September 30 to November 15. Please help me to get back my money.
