Fraud happend with me while purchasing the goods on 6th Sep @ more store.. After 2 days got to know that spent 360 rs on plain water which was filled in Tresemme Shampoo bottle. I Complaint @ store, but instead o[censored]nderstanding my concern store manager has blamed me that I filled a water in bottle n refused to give any complaint register/ form. After so much of argument he accepted his fraud n handed over the another bottle of shampoo n advised me to do not shop again from MORE.
Just wanted to know what your take on this bcoz fraud done by such a esteemed group n misbehave with customer's rather resolving their issues and on the top of this one of your employee is asking customers to refrain from MORE.
Here my question is what kind of services are being provided to customer's... Now it's a big question mark for me coz I use to frequently purchase the goods from other brands of Aaditya Birla Group... Will get the same treatment on others outlets/brands???
