Hoax Loan Offer to Sell Insurance

Dear Sir/ Madam Aditya Birla Group has embarked upon Unethical Business Practice by offering Hoax Loan to public from Birla Finance Co. Ltd. to Sell Insurance of Birla Sunlife Insurance Co. Ltd. - Once the Look-in period is over, the Loan Application is Cancelled and the Consumer is stuck with a Policy he/she did not want. The Cronology of Events in my case is as under: 1. I want to share My experience with ABHFL Very bad service provide by ABHFL there is no response my e-mails. I have applied my fourclouser letter for balance transfer about 1 month ago. I have send reminder mails many times but still I don't get received any response of my single mail there is no customer care no. No contact number they are very unprofessional.
I would like to inform my colleagues friends and my family members if you plan any type of home-loan in future.i request you to guys please don't go ABHFL. I suggest you can choose any another bank and don't believe in ABHFL very unprofessional service provide by ABHFL. I have send the mail around 20 to 30 times but still I don't get any response.very bad experience with ABHFL...

    Respected authorities,
    I have missed one payment of Paytm postpaid facility because of some uncertain health issues happened to my family. I have already informed them that I can pay the pending due only on 5th February 2022. But their executive are calling again and again and torturing me. As I am hypertension patient which is affecting my health. Pls look into this matter. As they are charging penalty and I m ready to pay the nominal charges as it's my fault tht I missed the payment.

        I would like to inform you that aditya birla health insurance is cheating with indian customer.
        During the deal aditya birla and 121 policy representative mr vishal shaw (Mob no [protected] and mr. Das mob. [protected] (121 policy) told this policy is covering many disease. Kidney stone surgery will also cover within 24 hrs from the date of policy purchase.
        Today when i called toaditya birla customer care number he is speaking that kidney stone surgery will be cover after one year of policy purchase.
        Why aditya birla and 121bpolicy cheated with me. If aditya birla and 121policy will not be able to pay my kidney stone surgery charge then i will go for legal action.

          It's been almost month that I have raised a request for personal loan foreclosure. They asked me to submit foreclosure issuance charges. I have paid that on the same day, they shared details. But till date I am waiting for their final foreclosure letter which is supposed to be shared by ABFL with me in order to close my personal loan. Too lengthy process. this is worst process in loan department of Aditya Birla pvt ltd

              I user of idea with mobile no.[protected] inspite of regular complaint for port out, my request is getting cancelled. Three times it has been cancelled by idea just by giving the fake reason o[censored]ser cancellation as i just answered to their call and that is again and again falsely reported as user cancellation from their side. Just by attending a call from unknown number doesn't mean that i have cancelled my port request. Idea people call for interaction and a report is sent that user has cancelled the request which is just a
              Fake report so that they can retain a customer. My question to them is why a customer will cancel his request if he is again and again applying for port out and this is the 4th time i have applied for port request. Even after my regular complaint only assurance is given from their side and no action is taken to resolve my issue. Instead idea people are just fooling me and wasting my time in all this from 28th aug 2018. Im suffering from a huge mental torture. Every time a unknown call comes im afraid that if this call is from idea they will cancel my request inspite of clearly mentioning that i don't want to continue with your network. From last few days my life is just busy in all this only and i'm into a stress which is affecting my health for which only and only idea network is responsible.

              This is the fraudgery idea does with the customers. I received this in response of my compliant.

              Dear customer, greetings for the day! This is with reference to your email regarding port out. We called on number [protected] on 8th september 2018; your concern has been discussed. As per confirmation received from our team you have not cleared outstanding rs. 76.24/- towards your account number[protected] [protected]; hence your port out request for your idea mobile number [protected] via service request number c[protected] has been rejected dated 08/sep/2018.

              Inspite of asking again and again for all the dues and payments i was responded all the time that all your dues are clear and you have paid enough amount for porting out and still i get this kind of reply that i haven't cleared such a mere amount of rs. 76.24 /- and that too in some other year not even in 2018. Idea is just harassing me a lot with all this deceitful activities. This time again i have requested to port out and expect my problem will be resolved.

              I have got all the mail records with me through which i have interacted with them.

                I have been harassed by idea call center and now the idea legal team. They have filed a civil case against me! Claim is i have 545 yet to pay to idea. My sim was disconnected in nov 2017 to make this payment. I have sent a mail confirming the payment on 4th nov 2017. I have gone to idea store to pay and they sent me to airtel office to pay and get a receipt. Took a photo of airtel receipt and sent to idea person in charge. Then i took a photo of mail sent by idea employee that was sent to re-enable my sim card. After all this in 2018 aug they have files a civil case against me. How do indian law protect a citizen from such harassment?

                My loan foreclosure is closed long back but still why it's showing as "Active" status and because of which my CIBIL credit score is impacting. Shame of you team. Still this issue is not rectified from November 24th 2018.

                I purchase two lower and a shirt and a pair of shoes from pantaloon all item are of ajile brand but after wearing lower for 2 night it's very humbug in appearance and quality those lowers worth value is 2500. Please solve our issue by replacing these items or give our money back
                My first company(aditya birla group) resign date-12/05/2019 and my second company(paisa bazaar) joining date-09/05/2019 so my pf is not applicable. Please help me.

                    I am from past 1 month being asked to take patience rather being given any solution.
                    This is to again bring to your notice that none of your staff is eager to help cutomer & even dont call back & more to that not pick the phone calls (Mobile / landline).
                    I have called many times to each one below for status but no one is getting back to me.

                    I even more surprise that the customer care team is also not able to provide the exact update & on my query simply revert "we get back to you in 3-5 days".

                    I would like to tell you that if there is such a mismatch & confusion amoung the team & company that no one is responsible & dont know the process & work, its better to close down the finance division as this is only giving the wrong input of aditya birla group.

                    I would also like to say that if you are not sure of what/ how to do the job, just pls dont make the fool of cuatomers.

                    You are giving the loan at a very high rate of interest & if customer like me is agree to take & pay you that, even then you are not bother & just making fool of customer by unnecessary making delay without any update.

                    I request you to pls either process my application - 967342 by this week or return all my documents & cancelled cheque copy.

                            My account was cancelled on nov 5th 2017 and the final bill was to be adjusted with my deposit of rs. 1000.00. As this was a prepaid plan i paid my last bill of rs.530.00 on nov 10th 2017. But i receive another bill a couple of days back right up to dec 5th 2017. Not sure why this bill was generated for no reason. My billing cycle was 5th of every month and went to one of your idea outlets in palakkad on the 4th of nov 2017 but i was told that i should wait for my billing cycle to come up as nov 5th was a sunday i was told to come on dec 6th 2017. But i called up idea customer service billing and cancelled my account over the phone for which i did receive an email as acknowledgement. Would appreciate if i can get a proper explanation on the above matter.

                              Since may 2017 i was looking for a change in my plan for mobile services having 3 idea numbers in easy share plan in gujarat. Unfortunately there was a total goof
                              Up by the idea office. Neither was the change carried out nor the bills changed. I tried for the next 5 months but due to phatetic response from the idea personnel i was unsuccessful wasting my hug eprecious time. Finally in desperation in nov 2017 paid the outstanding as per the idea customer poor care and closed all the three numbers with a promise never to return to idea again inspite of more than 8 years association. I lost a lot of my admiration for the aditya birla group whom i thought to be customer oriented... And the customer care nobody even bothered to give a proper reply inspire of sending mails etc there would be phone now and then and promises to sort the issue or may be they were passing the time.

                              What an idea siri... Great way to boot out customers... All the best in your endeavours

                                Last 1monthi am roaming idea show to convert my postpaid sim to prepaid, after along i tried several times i received prepaid sim that idea show room person told me after 3 days you get the signal in prepaid, but i am wait in last 15days not came to signal at that prepaid sim, today i went that idea showroom at tadipatri (Lakshmi cellar) he is taking very rash, and telling get out of my office.

Today most of the time the range is cutting not only today this prblm contious few days ago but that time this much prblm was not there. Other sim networks are fine in this place. But me and my family members and my frnds are using your network. I choose your network because it was spr but now not so plz check.                                           Hi, my father has visited more supermarket in MM road in ONGOLE. He has purchased 12 items and in that two items got billed more than MRP. Today when I asked the store mgr, he claims that there is issue with system . So many of customers are cheated by the store manager and in a day how many bills are billed and how much they are cheating.

Never work for this company. Especially ladies beware. They will harass beyond imagination. They dont support honest and hard working people. Prefer any other company over aditya birla group.                                               after some time idea suddenly my number inactive as I was not using my SIM for few month.
                                              they should inform before to do so. and how can they inactive my number else my bank msg are going on that no. how I can feel secure. Also i visit my idea store at panipat nd discussed my prob regarding activate number and your executive Piyush chawla say no its not possible

                                                On 14th morning I purchased items worth rs.1345.57 from more retail store, for which without cancelling d first transaction d lady swiped card second time. The amount deducted twice. Same day 10.30am d issue has been raised, they told 48 hours need to wait.

                                                Till today am waiting to get d money back.
                                                Can You please look into d matter n help me in this regard?
                                                Your immediate action will be appreciated.

                                                    I have been a customer of IDEA Cellular for over 12 years. During this period the company has had many highs and lows in its network, services, rates and offerings. In spite of the continuously changing dynamics of the telecom industry I have stuck with IDEA in their thick and thin with the same post paid mobile numbers.

                                                    The assigned account manager is so complacent and uncooperative towards my requests that I have to continuously follow up with him instead of him showing initiative.

                                                    After escalation no proper response received. Why is the Appellate authority at Idea Cellular so lenient towards its arrogant employees and complacent in interacting and communicating with valued platinum customers like myself to resolve my grievances.

                                                    Over a span of one and a half month small issues related to VAS have not been attended to properly. Like, MCI rent removal and reversal took over a month to be actioned. During this period no MCI reports were generated when my mobile was out of coverage. The data plan linked to the rental has its cycle date automatically changed, to which no resolution has been provided till date. Upon escalation, not even the courtesy to call and resolve these issues has been expressed lately.

                                                    I sure hope IDEA Cellular an integral part of Aditya Birla Group has some respect for its parent company and its patronizing customers.

                                                        I this company online (Trendin.) puchase jeans, the company said the first is to collect your money anytime we can purchased. Who says it can not reason our car shopping. We will give you back your money in your bank account. The company says it's here, i had an account number is wrong. While this account is the daily transaction. Whole to me, then i would say that the second account give. Now every time i say it is the last two months of the money will be released to you in 2-3 days. These 2 months were saying. Which to this day found me money. I am making a call has to be disapoingted. More than half of the staff is the name i remember taking my call me a false e-mail every time the baby would get you out of your money will be 2-3

                                                          On 17th may 2016, i got a sms from the no. 51998. It was written "dear customer, you have been charged rs.3.00 and your current balance is rs.1.00." after a while i called customer care to know the reason of balance deduction. Customer care executive reply me that it has pressed some button by me. But i did not pressed any thing or any button. I tried many times to get my balance back but there server was so busy that i cant get to communicate themselves. And after the day i get to communicate themselves but the same answer i got.
                                                          My question is here whether they having wrong mechanism or they arbitrating me a lyre. If there system shows some button pressed by me then they should check out there machineries which they are using otherwise they are cheating people.
                                                          Let assume one thing they having many crore customers if they accused only one lakh people by putting such false argument how much illegal money they are earning in a second.30-40% people does not know to read a sms they even don't know customer care no or complain no. Many calls are also given from there customer care after some music instruction voice appeared and aforesaid to press some button to activate some services. If anyone get answered the call he is taking there service by knowingly. But sometime charges applied by attaining such calls.
                                                          My complaints is not only for idea cellular group but also such telecom companies who doing such cheating.
                                                          However i am subhendu mondal from durgapur west bengal. I am giving my mobile number too from which balance has been deducted.
