Hi i am nikhil rai my numbers are [protected] and [protected] both are idea. I was complaining about the network issue in my area from last 1 yrs or may be more but no improvement they always say be are doing are best bla bla so many things i mail so many times call customers centre also in twitter also but no response still am unable to use internet and calling i use 1799 rental but i unable to use services so i decide to go for 199 rental please do something i am frastrated now tell me you are helping me in this issue or i port my numbers i will wait for 15 days to resolve this issue otherwise i have no option because i am your valuable customer and i love idea so please do me a favour and help me to resolve my poor network in my area that is (250 chhaniya pura near rani mahal jhansi) (Uttar pradesh) Was this information helpful? |
