Hi,
I requested for my policy No.[protected] cancellation request on 14th February 2018. I get a email in 20th February 2018 that your policy cancellation request is under process and Request No. is CAS - 48939-Z3Q5W7, hence amount is not refunded as of now. I have follow-up many times with Aditya Birla Customar Care No.[protected]. he is saying amount will be refunded 48 hours. but still not get my money. 40 days has gone, they are not providing any solution.

Please check the issue and solve it as soon as possible

I have called up the customer care toll free no.18002707000, executive is saying that we have forwarded the your issue to Aditya Birla Refund department. they will resolve the issue within 48 hours. I have called many times. but solution is not provided as of yet. canacellation TAT is 15 days as per IRDA. but 30 days almost has gone, Please look into this. Regards Manoj 9891754921
