Not providing policy document after payment

I have Aditya Birla Health Insurance (Activ Assure policy and Super Health Plus Top Up). I have paid my premium on Dec 10th 2021. However; I haven't received the policy document.

I have made multiple follow-ups over email and phone till Jan 2 and no response from them on solution.

Also, their website is too slow and couldn't fetch information on my policy, same goes with their WhatsApp support number. Hotline...

Cashless claim rejected without a valid reason

I was admitted to a network hospital due to a viral illness and applied for a cashless claim, since I have an insurance with Aditya Brla health insurance.
The diagnosis I received for a fever, bodily pains, and a headache.
However, the Adita Birla team denied my application, claiming that there is a two-year waiting period for illnesses listed under Excl02. But I haven't had any of those ailments or treatments.

cheater agents misleading policyholders by not providing promised amount

Please please and please beware of this aditya birla health insurance policy. At first they guarantee a particular cashless amount to your treatment in a hospital and then make you pay 90 percent from your own pocket with out revealing policy workouts to their policy holder. Their third grade agents employed by aditya and the third grade health insurance company misguiding and cheating policy holders.
