Very disappointing experience with Activ One Health Insurance. My hospital bill was ₹47, 259, but the company deducted ₹20, 807 without proper explanation and approved only ₹26, 453. In the end, I had to pay ₹20, 807 from my own pocket despite having an active policy.
The claim process was not transparent and caused unnecessary financial and mental stress. Health insurance should give peace of mind, but instead, this policy added more burden.
Important advice: Please buy insurance from your local nearby agent, not through PolicyBazaar. Online platforms will not help you when there are issues or claim rejections — you will be left alone to deal with the company.
