Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Ltd — As per Policy terms & Condition - Premium Waiver not received son 20219 to 2021

Address:C 58 JAY JALARAM NAGAR BEHIND MOTHER SCHOOL, GOTRI ROAD VADODARA

My self raised concern on 27 Sep 2021 and received respond from ABC Customer care team will be resolved in 3 working 2021 and since 6 Oct 2021 not resolved and then myself called on Customer care phone call and not received respond positive related to matter and received some open deadline like wait some time.

Need support for closure the concerns.

Myself Purchase the Health Insurance policy from Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Ltd. As per Company Policy Wording Sheet - Page No. 11 and Clause no 29 sub clause no -iv details says for Health Returns based on you Health Assessment and Active Health day ( as per norms avbl in ABC mobile application) with below details :

Policy Holder Name : Pratik Pancholi
Policy No. :[protected]

1st time taken : Taken on 12 Sep 2019 to 11 Sep 2020 ( Policy period active days total Sep'19 to Aug'20 = Total active days =325 nos)
Received health return only INR 502 .11 in renewal Premium.
As per Policy terms eligible : Active day 12% + Active 275 days 8 % + Active days 20% = Total 40% )

2 Renewed : 12 Sep 2020 to 11 Sep 2021 ( Policy period active days total Sep'20 to Aug'21 = Total active days =343 nos)
Received health return only INR 00 in renewal Premium. ( In Active health account 637.42 Balance in place)
As per Policy terms eligible : Active day 12% + Active 275 days 8 % + Active days 20% = Total 40% )

After raised above complaint myself escalated to Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Ltd -CEO Mr. Mayank Bathwal on 07 Oct 2021, Even though not respond are received.Also whenever we raised the concerns ABHI customer executive team create on Complaint no with deadline of 3 working days and after 3 working days even after concerns status are not updated. And when call or Email to customer care executive team then they open new complaint no. and old complaint no. are closed with status of resolved. Now not able to understand even though escalated to top management - None are responded very well.

Even after such repetitive @ 5 nos. reminder send to M/s Aditya Birla Health Insurance (ABHI) CEO Mr. Mayank Bathwal.
ABHI associate vice president responded over call and we had details discussion held on 13 Oct 2021.

Myself raised all concerns are accepted over phone call and agreed to given details over email communication but still response not received since 13 Oct 2021

1.My self received Insurance copy with same Policy had different validity
Answer from ABHI team : Verification missed by our team member

2. Policy terms and condition are revised which are not communicated to customer and
Answer from ABHI team : Missed to communicate customer for revised policy terms and conditions

3. As per old policy terms and conditions premium wavier are not received
Answer from ABHI team : Customer raised point was right but we needs to re-look
( Not able to understand problem raised on 27 Sep 2021 and till 20 Oct 2021 - in between repetitive reminder @ > 50, none of the ABHI team are able review and respond)

My self are very much disappointed such type of services.

I think, myself have to lose for expectations from ABHI even though myself are paid on-time premium and which terms and conditions are already paid still my self are begging from ABHI team.
