Non payment of dues from LIC Directors superannuation scheme master policy GS ( CA)-contribution plan

As Director on the board of a company, I am entitled to receive payment of dues from LIC Directors superannuation scheme master policy GS ( CA)-Contribution Plan. I have not using loang time my LIC agency code, So please de activate my LIC agency ID. Now i am working other banking sector and they have isuee with the agency code. so as soon as posible you can de activate my agency code and also remove pan card from IRDAI site.

Request to deactivate PAN from agency portal. Form 1C issued on 18.01.2023

My agency licence with LIC was surrendered on 28.12.2022 and the Form 1C was received on 18.01.2023. But so far the same is not updated in agency portal (pan lookup). Please change this status to 'resigned' at the earliest.
