It's been more than a month that I have requested foreclosure letter.
I was issued a case ID(546541) for foreclosure letter.
At the end of 10 working days period I received a mail from customer support as rate of revision request on the Same Case ID.
Without my consent they changed the content of the Case ID.
I called up Customer support spoke with customer care employee (Roshni) after much assurance she issued me 2nd Case ID(563791) with my request for Foreclosure letter but again after 10 working days period customer support has mailed me Request for revised ROI under same Case ID. And my case stands Closed as per customer support.
This is illegal way of looting people when they want to clear of the loan.
I am going to complaint to RBI against Aditya Birla Finance. Was this information helpful? |
