She pulled the needle from patient neck while talking on call and when I asked her to step away from the patient she told me to shut up and get out, no action has been taken on her by the hospital administration

        Have visited for MRI radiology department service is such a pathetic experience I had goan through...they have made me wait for 6 hours and attended patients who those have came after me ...when I asked the attended they were too rude while taking and said wait for 2 more hours...as if they have doing all the work free of cost...if this is the kind of service hospital provides...God only save patients...

        Worst security ever met and the parking issue is the big problem have separate separate parking first for staff parking they have plenty of security for the staff parking underground and the second one is open where you have to pay and park none of security is there to watch only one will stand where the collect the money from people. Many of hospital I visited none of the hospital have the paid parking. By mistakly the bike i parked in staff parking the bodyguard came on me like he's gonna slap me the way rudely he talked worst security guard ever he cant co-operate for 5min literally I was ready to hand over my keys in his hand but he still abuse me to go upstairs.my grandmother is admitted and the emergency was i got call that the doctor said we need some signature soo come fast soo the all things pissed out.

          I am a serving Officer in Armed Forces and presently posted in Veraval city of Gujarat. I was admitted for medical reasons in Aditya Birla hospital on 4 Jul 22, present in the city of Veraval for 2 days.
          I am in possession of ABC health insurance through which chashless was approved after a day of my hospitalisation. However i was told, and i paid complete amount of 20 K approx to the hospital. I was told that it will be claimed as reimbursement after 4-5 days. Its been a month and i have visited the hospital 3 times asking for status of the claim. They have taken a copy of my blank cheque, pan card and Aadhar card also, however till now no positive response has been given.
          I have recieved a mail on my registered mail id stating that the claim has been approved on 02 Aug, further its been 4-5 days from then, the response from hospital staff is pathetic. Being in Armed Forces i do have less time to go everytime to the hospital in the duty hours. I have given my name and phone number several times to the staff so that they can give a call back to confirm if the cheque is ready for me to collect from the hospital. However very poor response has come from the hospital side, not a single call i have recieved from the staff whome i have been giving my contact details.
          It shows a poor name of a esteemed group like Aditya Birla because of some employees not behaving properly & working the way they should work (they should at least work what they are paid for).
          I am a pretty patient guy who usually dont complain regarding anything until unless some things are going out of hands. It is therefore requested that hospital staff may be reviewed upon of this above mentioned hospital for their work and performance being in a Aditya Birla Group and not doing what they are paid for. I will ensure that my claim of whatever amout will be given to me, but through this complain i want to convey my concern for the people who are not literate or well educated and keeps on running behind the hospital for their rights.

            We have corporate tie up with ABMH for executive health check-up
            wellness center had asked to visit at 8:00 am with 12 hrs fasting on 29th Dec

            I reached at 8:15 as per appointed time. I inform desk staff to take up test on priority as I have appointment so to be left at 12 noon.

            Till 9:45, my file was not ready. On again and again request, file got ready but again I waited till 10:15 but all goes in vain as not even a single test was conducted till that time.

            Being a blood pressure patient, I had to take my medicine after meal but that was not possible as blood sample not taken.

            I left no option but returned back after waisting 02 hrs at ABMH

            I had never seen such a worst managed hospital particularly in wellness center.

            I will write a mail to ABMH Board and managing committee also to take action.

              It's been more than a month that I have requested foreclosure letter.
              I was issued a case ID(546541) for foreclosure letter.
              At the end of 10 working days period I received a mail from customer support as rate of revision request on the Same Case ID.
              Without my consent they changed the content of the Case ID.
              I called up Customer support spoke with customer care employee (Roshni) after much assurance she issued me 2nd Case ID(563791) with my request for Foreclosure letter but again after 10 working days period customer support has mailed me Request for revised ROI under same Case ID. And my case stands Closed as per customer support.
              This is illegal way of looting people when they want to clear of the loan.
              I am going to complaint to RBI against Aditya Birla Finance.

                I have submitted my claim on 2 nov 2020 and the same courier all attachments bills on nagpur address till date i have not recived any notification mail msg call for my claim and getting call for renewals...i have discussed with telecallrrs regarding this every time i got same revert that they will call back revert back i am not getting whts the issue ...n u can call for renewal but can’t give status for claim ... whts the issue ?
                is this justify...i want my claim resolution

                    My loan tenor 10 months completed and still waiting for subsidy.

                    I have attended Aditya Birla Capital office more than 03 times but not given clear clarification so I am complaining here.

                      I am the existing customer to aditya health group past 9 months from 9 month onwards you are not taken annual health check up before taking the policy there executive told that annual health checkup will be free for the family i had requested for almost 1 and half month back but up to now there is a no reply and i when i was calling to them they are telling that within 2 days we will the confirmation call will come like that they had that early but almost it is 45 days has been gone but the reason no result please suggest me what i can able to do.

                        Repected sir/Mam,
                        I want to complaint against aditya birla hospital staff.
                        I am unable to get birth certificate of my daughter due to mistake's of aditya birla hospital staff since one year.

                        These people have not sent new born baby registration form to concern department and they not informed to us.
                        When we have gone to collect birth certificate, they said hospital have not sent registration form.

                        These birla hospital people are not responding us in proper manner.

                        If it is regarding bill payment they called number of times. And this is regarding birth certificate and they are least bother.


                        Please consider this as serious issue and take proper action.

                          To Aditya Birla Hospital, My son (3.9 years) had injured his forehead when he was playing in the school with other kids. This was a minor injury, but we rushed him to Aditya Birla Hospital (Thergaon, Pune) as he was already registered there and the hospital was in our locality & we wanted to provide him professional treatment. After consulting, doctor suggested to bring him the next day for stiches. At the time of payment we were asked if we had corporate/school id to avail the discount. We had school id with us so after showing the id we were given a discount. We made the payment and left for home. So this was a OPD. Next day we got our son admitted at around 8.30 am. He was given anesthesia and 8-9 stiches on the forehead in OT. We were asked to keep him in the hospital (IPD) until 4 pm. At around 4.30 pm after the checkup, doctor told us that we can take him home. I asked the estimated amount of bill but staff told me that it is not available as the final bill is in the process of being generated and will take 45 min. After the bill was generated, I was asked to discharge counter to pay the bill. When I saw the bill (which was around 14500/-), I noticed that no discount was given. I showed the school id that I was carrying to the lady who generated the bill for me and I asked her to give me the discount. But she simply refused saying she cannot make any changes in the final bill. I told her that nobody asked me if I had school id.. And there was no document that I filled where I said I don’t have corporate or school id to avail discount. I was given a discount when we were there Yesterday for OPD. So I thought that staff knows that I have id that can be used to avail discount so it would be automatically considered in the bill or staff would ask me before generating the bill. But both of these didn’t happen. I escalated this matter to manager but he simply refused to give me a discount. Why is that? How it was my fault when I was not even asked if I had school id? Or I was not asked to fill out any form which would check if patient is eligible for discount?? This was very frustrating. My faith in the professionalism of aditya birla hospital has gone down. I was told to pay the full bill without taking any action. Please take a note of this matter if you really serious about caring about patients.

                            If you or your family member has not visited the hospital in the last 3 months you land up paying Rs 400 instead of 250. Have filed in various complaints does not help. How ridiculous, if we did not fall ill in the last 3 months we pay extra to the hospital!!! I have never seen this happen before.

                            this hospital is cheat..doctor will get you admitted even if illness is tratable in OPD and then once in... docotrs just keep referring to other docotrs and make you nuts... discharge process is pathetic and most of the time you end up paying for extra half days... OPD charges are high and docotrs refer the patients for unneccary test.. a big cheat hospital
                            My dear, this is not a 'charitable hospital'. One gets drawn to this 'super multi-speciality' hospital because of its name. They are there to squeeze your last paisa out of you. It is a common knowledge that for any filmsy ailment, they want you to get 'admitted' (for observation?) - this is where they make you pay. There is more show than 'real treatment at affordable cost'. You see many 'good' signages within the premises of how affordable the hospital is. However these are meant only for the 'Rich and the Uninitiated'. They call themselves a 'Corporate Hospital' and is meant only for the 'Corporates' where the 'Corporates' pay for the treatment and save on the their taxes. For the paying public at large - Beware of the Glam-Sham. You can get better treatment at affordable cost elsewhere.
