I reached at 8:15 as per appointed time. I inform desk staff to take up test on priority as I have appointment so to be left at 12 noon.

It's been more than a month that I have requested foreclosure letter.

If you or your family member has not visited the hospital in the last 3 months you land up paying Rs 400 instead of 250. Have filed in various complaints does not help. How ridiculous, if we did not fall ill in the last 3 months we pay extra to the hospital!!! I have never seen this happen before....
