Hi,

You have wrongly reported a late payment of 28 days with CIBIL for the month of June 2022 and also an overdue amount of ₹3947. This is not only wrong and grossly unjustified but illegal too as you have hampered my credit report, as the score has dipped to 735 in cibil from 765 due to your Wrong reporting.

The Loan account number LXW-M[protected] linked to OLA MONEY POSTPAID shows a late payment of 28 days in CIBIL and an overdue of 3947 rupees for the month of June.

I have made all the payments on time and the above amount was cleared on 1st of June itself, but still it is reported as overdue and delayed payment.

I have also submitted a dispute with CIBIL but do the needful from your end as this is completely wrong and not at all legal.

I have all the payment history and details and will go to the court if this is not resolved ASAP.

And I also see that this has happened to many people and yet no solution is formulated.
Horrible and very disappointed by the Birla group.

    As I was preparing to apply for a home loan, I was informed by the lending institution that my Credit score on CIBIL as well as CRIF was low - due to a loan account of 250/-, apparently from Aditya Birla Finance Limited, that has been overdue for 5 months.
    This was an absolute shocker for me as I do not recall applying for a loan of 250/-, ever, and more importantly, I was never approached by anyone regarding the overdue amount.
    Loan Type is reported as Other, with a masked account number of #####################4790.
    When I called ABFL support, I was plainly told that they have no information about this loan account and it COULD be Paytm Postpaid account. I informed them and also shared screenshots showing that I had never activated paytm Postpaid.
    Having seen other complaints about a similar issue, I realized that this could possibly be related to olamoney postpaid, that has been consistently paid, well before the due date, without any outstanding amount.
    As a consumer who is looking to get a home loan, I was in for a rude shock because my credit score has dropped drastically, due to the aforementioned overdue loan, for an incorrect and wrong overdue amount of 551/-, as of now. I am sure this would keep increasing and whoever is responsible, is not even willing or has the courtesy to reach to the customer and check on the reason for overdue amount or collect the money.
    Also, the customer support from ABFL, Paytm and Ola is absolutely pathetic as there is no way to communicate with them apart from a way too uncomfortable means of message or email.
    I am getting tired of getting this to be corrected as I see no end to this agony of a lowered credit score, for no fault of mine!
    Please take a look at the olamoney postpaid account status that shows no outstanding amount. Also, paytm postpaid (as I had informed the ABFL support team) was never activated.
    I have no clue on how to get this sorted and corrected..

    To my utter surprise, ABFL says that they are not able to find any details of a 'postpaid' account with my mobile number - HUH? They cannot find the details of a loan account with my mobile number but they SURE can report an overdue account to the Credit Bureau..how disappointing?
    The emails and struggles continue...ALAS!!

      Hi All,

      I am checking my CIBIL score since last year, thete have falso allegation have been made for loan of 50000 from ABFL, which i never took. Even i havnt applied for them never. I tried reaching them since last year but getting no response. Such a fraud company. In this way only Adiya Birla ia making money by making false loan allegations on Middle class, so that they can make the payment for which they havnt applied just to take care of there CIBIL. No customer service have the knowledge of EMIs, they have zero info about my loan and Emis but still they have imposed on false basis. Such a scam company any people of ABFL.

              They charges late fee three times without any mgs, remainder call and notification

              and this is not enough the main think is that they charged two times my paytm postpaid bill :
              1. Rs 6933.76 date 11-june-2022 time 12:46 this is the bill they provided after that again a payment shown to me of Rs 6439.74 I paid it also by think in mind that there something mistake...

              I have opened account in aditya birla capital in march i have done trades in that account i purchased and sold share and also did derivatives which i got the profit of total 12500 rupees after deduction every thing it was showing 9500rupees profit after aditya birla charges all deduction they sent me the profit and loss document in that it was showing 4500 in equity and 1500 in derivatives but they have not given a single rupees still now i have mailed them multiple times they always divert the isssue and they will tell they have shared the details like statement of account which i didnt ask them i asked for my money but they keep on repeating same thing always when i mail. and there customer service is also very bad you need to wait for 15 to 20minutes after that they will tell your request has been forwarded it will be resolved in 3 or 4 days after same keep on repeating again and again and again keep on doing same thing
              my client id is 3105487 i can share everthing i have everything with me please resolve the issue

              As per image you can see a capital gain of 7725 but they have not credited a single rupee If I ask them they say everyday they will be crediting but when checked nothing they have credited if i mail them they keep on diverting the issue please let me know what is the next proceger

                  Why on earth have ABFL added back the wrongful reporting of LATE PAYMENT OF OLA MONEY POSTPAID ACCOUNT

                  Having refreshed my CIBIL report on 22.02.2022 to MY UTTER SHOCK, HORROR & DISGUST, I found out that ABFL have ADDED BACK THE WRONGLY REPORTED LATE PAYMENT & DPD FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2021 for Ola PostPaid+ account LXW-M[protected] in CIBIL & OTHER BUREAUS.

                  I do NOT understand how & why & who ADDED BACK that WRONGLY & WRONGFULLY reported Late payment for the month of October 2021 for Ola PP+ with such great callousness...

                  My Name is Shivakumar, This regards to the loan account ABFLCHNBIL[protected] which is reflected in cilbil, this doesn't belong to me, and I have not given a guarantee to anyone, I recently noticed through CIBIL, It says I was the joint holder for a business loan, I never applied loan for any business request you to investigate further. and remove my name from the obligation

                  I request you to do the needful correction with CIBIL AND OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS IMMEDIATELY, otherwise, I will report this to the RBI and other authorities and am going to court because this WRONGFUL REPORTING late payment by ABFL has jeopardized my credibility and is hampering my standing with other banks.

                  This is grossly wrong to trash my CIBIL report in this manner. I want this rectified immediately. I would want this to be corrected in the next 7 days as I am to apply for a home loan and this will now get declined because of your wrong reporting to CIBIL and other credit agencies.

                  I am also raising a dispute with CIBIL about this. This is NOT done and I expect a resolution asap. Else I have all payment records etc and I am going to report this to RBI and go to court.

                    Ola Money PostPaid+ and ABFL has reported to CIBIL, Experian and other credit Bureaus that I have been late with the payment in the month of October 2021 by 28 Days ????!!! Is this a Joke ?

                    In fact I cleared my dues off way before the payment due date and have never been charged with one single late payment fee so why have ABFL/OLA POSTPAID has reported account LXW-M[protected] late by 28 days in CIBIL, EXPERIAN and across other bureaus for the month of OCTOBER 2021 ??

                    I have attached all payments screenshots and the CIBIL report as well to prove that I have NEVER ever been late with my payments on Ola Money postpaid+ by even 1 day let alone 28 days !!!

                    Why have ABFL / Ola Postpaid+ reported the account LXW-M[protected] late by 28 days in CIBIL wrongfully damaging my CIBIL score ? This is sheer carelessness on the part of whoever is responsible for the CIBIL reporting of accounts and is GROSS MISCONDUCT as me as the consumer is having to suffer for NO fault of mine & my home loan has got rejected due to this error in reporting from your end !!

                    This is the second time in 2021 that this has error in reporting for loan LXW-M[protected] happened, first time was in February 2021 where again a late payment was reported erroneously and then removed, pulling my CIBIL Score down for the longest time and now again in the month of October ???

                    Do ABFL your finance partner think CIBIL report of a consumer is a joke ? They just report FALSE INFORMATION ARBITRARILY ? THIS HAS BROUGHT DOWN MY SCORES IN CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF & EQUIFAX by 30-65 points !! This is MENTAL HARRASMENT as now my home loan got rejected for this sadistic running of a company.

                    Do you realize this is gross Misconduct playing with the credit profile of a customer by ABFL/Ola Money postpaid+ ??

                    Also I cannot reach you guys over the phone so I demand a call back at once with an explanation of this wrongful reporting and error in reporting through sheer callousness !!

                    I DEMAND THIS WRONGFUL REPORTING OF LATE PAYMENT FOR ACCOUNT LXW-M[protected] for the month of OCTOBER 2021 REMOVED FROM CIBIL, EXPERIAN AND ALL OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS AT IMMEDIATELY AND THE ERROR TO BE RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY, otherwise I am reporting this to the RBI - Banking ombudsman with all the proof that how ABFL / OLA POSTPAID is damaging my credit report time & again by sheer callousness and negligence !!

                    The DPD (Days Past Due) for the month of October 2021 should immediately be changed from "28" to "0", as "28" in the DPD section suggests that I have been late with my October payment by 28 days. I have also highlighted that in the CIBIL report itself attached in the email I have sent.

                    This is GROSS FINANCIAL MISCONDUCT by ABFL. REMOVE THE OCTOBER 2021 late payment immediately else I am now involving the Banking Ombudsman with all the screenshot of all the FALSE promises that OLA MONEY & ABFL has been making for a month now. Will you bring my trashed CIBIL score back up ?

                    AND DON’T YOU DARE SHIFT THE BLAME BACK ON OLA MONEY as BOTH OF YOU ARE EQUALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGING a lot of people’s CIBIL, EXPERIAN & other credit profile for October 2021 and in twitter this is evident where you Ola Money & ABFL are just making FALSE promises that the Late PAYEMNT will be removed but have done NOTHING YET.

How many times will you guys be harassing me like this !!                       Re KYC issue not resolved

                      ReKYC takes more than 7 working days and still pending.
                      I had applied for ReKYC since 31st and the process is still pending so I cannot trade due to inefficiency in their prices.
                      I applied initially for it and came to know that PAN card image is not sufficient instead it has to be self attested PAN copy after calling the customer support number.
                      Incorrect instructions leading to delay and frustration for the customer.br...

                      1. I got an email last month from Dhani Stating that your loan is closed, and even told me to raise a request for NOC from the Dhani App. I did that 2- 3 times but still have not got any NOC for Loan Closure. Till today i'm getting calls that u need to pay your EMI. My App shows that the loan is closed.

                      2. I swiped One Freedom Card on 15th Dec for an amount of Rs. 12000/-. My account got debited but the app says that the transaction failed. I haved shared a screenshot of all the transactions 3 times over email but not got any response.
                      I tried talking to your customer care officer but they are extremely rude and do not even know how to talk to customers. It's been more than 20 days that i have still not received any positive response or any refund for the said transaction.

                      3. Yesterday I paid Rs. 4000 which was due for January payment for One Freedom Card. I have an email which shows transaction is successful but still the app shows as a failed transaction.

                      If i don't get an answer for above queries i will definitely launch a complaint and take legal action.

                      Pls look into the same asap.

                                  I'm applied a business loan for my financial assistance, but instead of leanding me a loan. I have to pay, 3times deposit . And also they ask me to deposit again. So, refund me the money because I have no money to deposit, if I have money why should I ask loan to Aditya Berlia capital. Please I want a clarification from the Aditya company.
                                  PAYTM POSTPAID- ADITYA BIRLA — Amount debited but not credited to merchant

                                  I have done a transaction using paytm postpaid, on dated 29th july 22 for order to clovia company. But order not placed as clovia company did not receive any payment from my paytm postpaid but amount of rs. 1286/- has been deducted from my bal. And bill also generated, neither company received the payment nor refunded back to me. I have tried many times to get help from paytm but no one is there to help.Request to refund my money. I have attached the screenshot. Deducted from my postpaid account bal but credited to company clovia and not refunded back to me by paytm postpaid ( by aditya birla)
