I'm applied a business loan for my financial assistance, but instead of leanding me a loan. I have to pay, 3times deposit . And also they ask me to deposit again. So, refund me the money because I have no money to deposit, if I have money why should I ask loan to Aditya Berlia capital. Please I want a clarification from the Aditya company.
PAYTM POSTPAID- ADITYA BIRLA — Amount debited but not credited to merchant

I have done a transaction using paytm postpaid, on dated 29th july 22 for order to clovia company. But order not placed as clovia company did not receive any payment from my paytm postpaid but amount of rs. 1286/- has been deducted from my bal. And bill also generated, neither company received the payment nor refunded back to me. I have tried many times to get help from paytm but no one is there to help.Request to refund my money. I have attached the screenshot. Deducted from my postpaid account bal but credited to company clovia and not refunded back to me by paytm postpaid ( by aditya birla)

    This is to inform you that I got Approved a personal loan from Aditya Birla Capital 55, Jawaharlal Nehhru Road, Elgin, Kolkata, West Bengal 700071
    phone no.[protected], on 18/03/2021 Loan amount INR 300000/-'

    After sending the Loan Approval letter on 18/03 2021, they ashed me to pay INR 4500/- as processing fee. and I paid that.
    Then they ashed me to pay Loan insurance charge of INR 13200/- and I have paid that.
    Then they asked me to pay sign and transaction charge of INR 9600/- and I have paid that
    Then they ashed me to pay bank account declaration charge INR 19999/- and I have paid that
    Then they asked me to pay RBI hold tax INR 16500/- and I have paid that
    then they asked me to pay state govt tax INR 27200/- also.

    So totally I have paid INR 90999/- for getting a loan of INR 300000/-

    But Now they are asking me to pay LOAN Security fee of INR 18372/-, which I did not pay because I felt I have been cheated, so I contacted the Aditya Birla Capital toll

    free no [protected] and explained my situation and they informed me they won't ask for any payments for loans.

    SO I request you to take action against those culprits and ask them to refund the amount INR 90999/- Immediately .

    I also urge to take up this issue with Govt of India and RBI for very urgent action in order to protected common people from such cheating.

    I also request you to, direct the company to pay compensation for torturing me mentally since 18/3/2021 in the pretext of issuing a personal loan

      Hi,

      You have wrongly reported a late payment of 4 days with CIBIL for the month of February 2021 and also an overdue amount of ₹111. This is not only wrong and grossly unjustified but illegal too as you have hampered my credit report which has affected my life as I am not being able to apply for a home loan now, as the score has dipped to 716 in cibil from 786 due to your mis reporting.

      The Loan account number LXW[protected] shows a late payment of 4 days in CIBIL and an overdue of 111 rupees for the month of February due to which my cibil score has dropped down to 714 from 786. This is disgusting to say the least.

      This is the postpaid limit that ABFL has provided to me through Ola Money Postpaid and it is ridiculous that you have reported a late payment for the month of February 2021.

      I cleared the entire balance of 17000 sanctioned and billed to me for the month of February, on 2nd March 2021 and the due date was for 5th March. Also There cannot be an overdue as Postpaid bill payments does not allow part payments and hence the entire bill was cleared in full (Screenshot attached).

      I request you to do the needful correction with CIBIL AND OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS IMMEDIATELY, otherwise I will report this to the RBI and other authorities and am going to court because this WRONGFUL REPORTING late payment by ABFL has jeopardized my credibility and is hampering my standing with other banks.

      I want a justified explanation that why has an overdue amount of 111 along with a 4 day late payment has been reported to CIBIL when I cleared my dues on the 2nd of March for the February bill which got generated on the 28th February and gives me 5 days to pay the dues which would be on the 5th of March and I paid it off on the 2nd of March 2021 !!!

      This is grossly wrong to trash my CIBIL report in this manner. I want this rectified immediately. I would want this to be corrected in the next 7 days as I am to apply for a home loan and this will now get declined because of your wrong reporting to CIBIL and other credit agencies.

      I am also raising a dispute with CIBIL about this. This is NOT done and I expect a resolution asap. Else I have all payment records etc and I am going to report this to RBI and go to court.

                I established a Demat and trading account with Aditya Birla Money. I sent them my physical shares of Reliance.
                After numerous emails over two months there is no indication that the shares have been Demat. I have records of Aditya Birla Chennai office receiving my shares.
                Customer service has stopped responding the my emails.
                Looks like they have lost my shares.

                you can lodge complaint with SEBI and NSE for complaining against your broker. Even you can reach to company's RTA to look after the shares, it been reached to them or not ?

                  I was having "family floater" general insurance from Aditya birla capital, which has to be renewed in last quarter of 2020, but instead of renewing it they have issued a fresh insurance policy and made ecs from bank account as i have been using payment channel through bajaj finance, so they have not taken my consent and not even intimated me of this policy. now i'm repeatedly getting their calls for payment as that ECS got bounced and i'm asking them to Cancel this policy as I don't need it, but they are not willing to listen my issue nor interested in resolution.
                  Is this a kind of practice they do to target their customers forcefully to take insurance policy according to them, its a kind of a scam.

                    The loan is processed through the consultant Mr Prakesh has helped me to process the loan and Ramu has only sent email to confirm the loan amount .

                    I have the document where it confirms the insurance if applicable, not mandatory.

                    I want the bank to not force customers and challenge them on what was committed and at the end of the trust is lost like it happened to me today.

                    Kindly check my CIBIL. I am the person who pays the loan without any further delay.

                    I would request the bank once again to take necessary action to cancel the loan and process the fund transfer to another bank .

                    Please assist me with what is required from my side to process the balance transfer. Is there anything I need to submit with adhiya brilla from my side before I process the BT.

                      Hi, I had a loan with abfl no-LXS-B[protected], I applied for moratorium but they had not considered and represented the ECS to bank multiple times from April-20 to July-20 so bank has deducted Rs-7000/- from my bank account so closed my bank account, when i checked my loan statement they are they also adding bounce charges multiple times and now they are calling me continuously to pay the extra penalty charges and sent collection person to my home and the lady who is handling my account is clearly warning me and using abusive words, I need some legal help on this..

                        Har bar mere se jhut bolkar ye paise liye gaye hai, Or mere se batamiji se bhi baat ki hai, jab ki koi bhi company Processing charge itna nahi leti, Or refund ke liye bhi charges kaat ke paise refund karti hai, ye rules aapki company ke bhi nahi hai, mujhse jhut bolkar paise liye gaye hai, Or mene bhi transfer kiye ye meri galti hai, mujhe laga loan hoyega Or refund hojayega isliye mene bhi paise bhar diye.

                          08/09/2020 i have some financial problems, that wise that day i serched by google, personal loan, that time aditya birla finance company came that details and link. Just i clicked and added my name and contact number and email address. Later one call came from aditya birla, his name pankaj kumar -[protected]. He told we are giving loan fo u. He asked about salary details and i told him to my salalry details. He asked me how loan u needed, i replied 250000/- for 3yer like.. He asked me to give adhar, pan, photo, bank passbook details to send. I asked with him any payment to pay first, he repled noo. Only 2499 only u have pay for document charge like.. After that no payment. Directly loan amt will be sent ur account within 15 minutes and corona effect instalmemnt will be cut on january.. 3 months later u have to pay installment he told. 250000 rs for 4 year monthly 4500 installemnt for 48 months. It is his calculation … many times he called me.
                          2 days later i sent a document by his same whatsup number he sent a letter by mail and i paid by google pay 2499/- for his account. And later he replied server issues later will send amount. I agree. And i called after 1 hour that he told me i sent a mail for u just check and pay 6299/- for agreement charge. That also i paid by google pay.. And later, next day he told me to pay 21800. That time i askd and i scolded when first day he told me only 2499 registartion fees now he is alimh daily payment. And he told this is a last payemnt. With 250000+23499 refundable. I told for me don’t want loan i don’t have any mony. I kept gold in bank and i paid the money.. Please refund money i told.. And he calld and his manager [protected] sri ram his name. He scolded and he told he will not give money back and it is getting return only by 250000 together.. Ilater i called customer service.
                          They replied it is a fake company and i sent all document by email for tem [protected]@gmail.com. They repled for me thanks u for giving infromaton, it is a fake company, they are using ours name aditya birla capital.
                          That’s it after that no response.
                          Please sir, it is my humble request, i kept gold and pay money for them.. I am suffering more financial problems, i need money back.2149/- pls. Sir take a ation for them and give money back. Please take and action and i want my mony back.. Thank u

                                    I had taken a loan from aditya birla finance limited. I have always paid my emi's on time, however, due to this covid-19 i am unable to pay my emi's so i had requested for moratorium till 31st may 2020 which they had approved. Then on 2nd june i had again requested for moratorium extension till 31st august but they are not responding to my emails.

                                    They tried to debit the emi twice due to which i would have to pay the bounce charges. They are calling several times each day and harassing me, when i told them about the rbi announcement for loan moratorium till 31st august, they said they are not following this rule of rbi.

                                      Aditya Birla group and Aditya Birla Money are cheat companies, they have cheated me to tune of RS.2.2Lakhs, they have stolen my shares, with their faulty software they are fooling innocent investors, I have all the written documentary proofs, they r liable to be punished under 420 / 406 IPC, crimonal employees, Murali Krishna legal head, m.satiah kumar, Chennai are shameless scoundrels, misappropriating the investors shares and money and misleading for illegal gains, they take many days and months to give even investors payouts, they are a bankrupt company, their share has gone down to 20rs due to criminal practices, greatest thieves who steal your shares and money, 1063632 is my account number, I request my friends and invesstors to stay away from this bogus and fake company, am lodging a criminal case against them soon
