I have purchased aditya birla health insurance on 28th nov 2017. Even after 10days of purchasing policy, i haven’t received the hard copy or softcopy. So, i have requested to the customer care to resend the policy document, and i got to know that my email id was wrong on the policy document. So, i made a service request for changing the email address change dated 12/6/17 service req id :cas-24662-n6j9p4.

After few days, i received a message stating your service request is resolved now, but while registering on aditya birla health website, i’m still getting my wrong email address. Again, i made service request dated 13th dec 17, service id cas-26551-d0w0n5.

On 29 th dec 2017, when i havnt received any update on the service id cas-26551-d0w0n5, i mailed to aditiya birla customer care, they call to me after 7 days after sending repeated email. We have discussed ant they have given surety that they will resolve it in a week but i haven’t received any response from their side.

On jan 18th, i again emailed to them regarding email id change request, again i got a new service request no cas-41082-y3g5k6 for the same.
On 5th feb received a call, they have told me that they have resolved it and you have login or reset the password. As i don’t know the password so, i have to reset it. While entering the new password and confirmation password, it was showing “password policy failed” in spite of entering the password as per their password policy. So, he told me that he will look onto this issue and he will call me back in a 2 hours and i’m still waiting for the call.

Today 07th feb, i’m still unable to register even after more 2 months of purchasing. I don’t know how long it will take to resolve and how many bugs are there on their website as i can’t able to change password.

      I am vishal poojary, applied for loan from aditya birla. 500000 has been sanctioned to me. I have provided the signed agreement to your team long back.
      The amount is not yet credited to my account. Its is taking more time than expected. Can u pls escalate at your end or share me the escaltion contacts i can do that. I had made it clear thats its urgent requirement.
      Its almost 11 days, only i hve gt excuses of month end and holidays.
      I am fed up chasing everyday with no progress.

        Dear sir /maam,

        I have an agreement between trading member and authorized person (Apa) and branch management agreement (Bma) and i have an authorized person under ap registration nonse - ap[protected] and bse ap[protected].

        My affiliation and authorized person shall be terminated on 7th april 2017. By the company because i cant working form last three years.

        At that time when i sign the agreement with the company i can deposit an amount of 50000 (Fifty thousand only) as security money. And the company person (Mr. Rohit priyadarshi asm in aditya birla money) said that when i windup from this. The company refund the money that we deposit at the time of agreement.

        Pls solve this issue.

        And refund my deposit

          I called to customer care representative 6 times and got the response stating that due to technical problem, they are unable to fetch the data of my personal loan (Pl) and also haven’t got proper response. I visited the aditya birla office near mg road thrice regarding loan pre-closure, they asked us to send a mail for pre-closure. I sent a three mails, but haven’t got any call or mail communication from the team.

            You employee mithilesh has done random purchasing of stock/options on 30th november 2017 and have turned my account to 21000+ loss. He did random transaction from my account to just to increase aditya birla money's transactions charges and threw my recently added money to losses. When i spoke to ashish (Another agen) whom only i had authorized to do transaction on my behalf, he said that he was not there in the office when these things happened and tried to convince me to let the matter be closed personally and promised to pay me back the money if i dont complain about it. Next day he tried calling me from the official landline number and tried to confirm the trade happened yesterday by manipulating me so that he can protect himself and the other guy.

            Now my account id 1067186 is showing in minus of rs.1442.28.
            I would like to complain about the random transaction done on my account and want them to compensate on cheating with me..

            Request you to look into this matter and take immediate action on this. If i don't get a revert. I will have to reach out to nse/bse for further actions.

              I have applied loan from your good and famous Organisation of future. My loan account No PL[protected] but my amount can not credit on time, mean time they have deducted EMI of Rs 3469 on 05 December and again they have deducted Rs 22626 from my account then on 12 December, I visited your branch in Delhi Barack jambalaya Road then on 13 December I got my loan amount 1, 64, 983.
              But Sir, till date my amount of Rs 22626 is not credited.
              Please do the needful.

                I have send several mails and provided all details suggested by call centre but no one from abm is responding nor they are taking any action.

                It seems abm team is least bothered about resolving customer issues.

                Can anyone from sr. Management team intervene and advise to do the necessary action.

                  Dear concern,
                  I was so depressed because of your customer care executives. My loan has been disbursed on 31 of oct but still i didnt get my loan in my account. I raised the complaints to ur executives those who contacted for loan and those who collected documents from me. But there is no response from them. Is this way your company deals with the customer. Such a bad experience with this company. My personal suggest if you peoples cant do your work at time dont give a commitment to anyone. Dont waste their time.

                    Several times in the past i called the toll free number to get some answers to my queries but the customer service agent does not come on the line at all despite waiting for several minutes and finally the call is disconnected. It is a pity that such a poor service is rendered from a reputed and big business house of aditya birla.

                    Please give strict instructions to the customer service agents to respond to the calls promptly and if they do not heed to your instructions, take stringent action against them.

                    The complaint is about the customer service agents who do not bother to answer the calls. The call is finally disconnected after several minutes of wait. You call l again after some time and the result is the same. It obviously causes irritation and anger when your call is not answered despite trying repeatedly and waiting for several minutes.

                      Dear sir, this is jaiprakash from delhi. I have recieved sms on my mobile for the fraud transaction using my debit card merchant is idea money mumbai. Below are fraud transaction narration &debited amount taken from account statementon my debit card on 01.06.2017 time 16:38 and 16:39.

                      3 bdipg/ib[protected]/ idea money rs. 2000.00
                      Please take severe action againts the people who did this and reverse the amount back to account immediatly.

                        I submitted closure document on May 06 to Pune branch.I submitted all the required documents. In spite of repeated reminders, I got response today, demat account is closed however trading account closure request is rejected because of signature mismatch. If sig mismatch then why demat account is closed, pathetic how can I request be half processed.

                        I have also send e-Mail that I do/will not bear any obligation to this account going forward. This is seriously pathetic. They have harassed me in past as well by giving half information and debiting my shares in leu of monthly maintenance which was never informed to me. With this incident now I am thinking whether I should continue using other Aditya Birla product like More (where I go weekly) etc.
                        Now they have sent me bill for manthly maintenance. I do not have demat account now. No services provided, they are not closing trading account just to earn monthly maintenance fees. Called their customer service number the guy sitting there just repeat like parrot that account can not be closed and can not gurantee even if i resubmit document it will be closed. I rerquested some one senior to talk. He said no one is available, requested call back that also did not happen. Whom do i complain regarding this - SEBI or NSDL which is right authority.

                            Dear Team,

                            I have invested in Aditya Birla My Universe via their online portal. My customer id is "[protected]@gmail.com"; my investor id is "ABMMU0089366".

                            I have been having huge issues with the company w.r.t. my request for redemption. Following to be noted
                            - I needed funds for my personal urgent needs and hence want to redeem ALL my mutual fund investment done via the company
                            - I tried on their on-line portal. The portal navigation is so complicated that first of all I could not redeem any of my mutual fund position.
                            - I had to call their customer care no. Post their help, I was somehow able to redeem few of the schemes.
                            - Still redemption in many of the schemes was pending. I was advised to wait for few days (till the time all-line redemption requests are processed) and then again try giving online redemption requests for the remaining schemes.
                            - Post waiting for a week, I tried again to redeem my units via online option but the system could not take my request.
                            - I had to escalate the issue and senior officer 'Prakashika' came to help me. She told me to complete certain formalities (email authority etc.) wherein she would be able to put up redemption requests for my remaining positions via off-line option. She told me that redemption via off-line option can redeem all the positions except the ones in lock-in period.
                            - The senior officer could redeem few more schemes and I was still left with positions in 15 different schemes. I was also told that 6 of the schemes are in lock-in.
                            - Again I had to follow-up with the company & the senior official as to why all positions excluding lock-in are not redeemed. I have been chasing the company and they are not able to come back to me as of today.

                            My simple 2 requests
                            1. Redeem all the positions in mutual fund schemes except the lock-in
                            2. Let me know the exact date (in dd/mm/yyyy) format for the schemes in lock-in

                            Request you to note that, it has been more than 3 months (since Jan '17) that I am interacting with the team and still my requests are not duly replied.

                            Hope my complaint is taken seriously and immediate action is taken against the company.

                            I find the same problem as I wanted to redeem my mutual fund investment with Aditya Birla Capital. As I tried to call customer care first of all one can not directly speak to customer care however as I put call back option a call came from customer care person who told me it is easy as instructed by customer care after following steps I could not succeed so tried to call again customer care after waiting for more than 22 minutes no body was answering my call so got frustrated
                            It is so difficult to redeem units in Aditya Birla Capital?
                            Surpised to see I am not the only one but so many consumers having, such bad experience with Myuniverse.
                            Not only messy website, where i can' t view my MF easily, many times the page do no t download and display itself, forget about any activity on website like purchasing and selling of MF.
                            Myuniverse is one of the Worst MF aggregator portal.
                            My complaint is, i have noticed despite SENSEX going very high next day when i see my portfolio on Myuniverse it is showing negative .
                            Completely shocking and difficult persist with such non-transparent portal.

                              I have open a trading account through myuniverse online for which i have been provided login id 3000113. I have deposited 20000 on[protected]. But my account balanace shows as 0. And also i cant be able to trade. When i call to customer support they told me that my client id is invalid as well they unbale to find my account through my pan detaila also.and told me to contact on[protected]. i call there and they just reply we will be get touch with you in 10 minutes. i have called them thrice but same answer. i have tottaly dissatisfy with your customer service. So i reqest you to kindly cancel my account and refund my 20000 which i have deposited. My mobile number is[protected]. my dp account number is [protected]

                              why are you not trying cheap broker.. i am trading with a broker they never charge anything except Rs 9/trade brokrage. There is no any hidden charges. I[censored] like to trade with broker then text me i will give you detail about this broker and service. it is better to trade with cheap broker bcz a lot of profit paid by a trader as brokrage. Trade online with yyour convenience, they never trade without consent. Simply save and trade as well. Mail me contact detail ([protected]@gmail.com) if any problem. Good thing is that for limited time ac opening is free also.. ac will be activated within 48 hrs after reciving the form.

                                I am from burdwan, west bengal, i have traded with aditya birla dmat account, my brokar was mrs. Soma mukhargee, one day i found the office is closed without any information, i lost more than one lakh (rs 100000.00), i was not able to trace her as i am a old man and already retired from job, now i am getting message that some charges (i dont know what are these charges are) are piling up, when i have contacted customer care executive using the toll free number given in web site i.E[protected], he asked my date of birth and pan card no, although i gave all the information csc executive told me he could not do anything as the call was not from my previous mobile number, i dont know what to do, please help me

                                  I am having Aditya Birla Money MyUniverse account. I applied for adding a nominee to my account via there process and send them form with my signature to their Head office twice at following location.

                                  Both the time they replied me "My request to Add Nominee Request is rejected due to Signature Mismatch As Per KYC DOCS". I tired calling them to give me resolution of this, but I am not at all getting any response from them. They are not even able to give me the KYC form with which they are comparing.

                                  They are making a fool like any thing. I tired calling them everyday since last one month, but still I have not get any resolution on this.

                                    11 o'clock I sent a complaint about Aditya Birla money limited for refund money back.now also I didn't get any reply from there.include with that message I have sent my code no also, mean time 2 call has come to my husband's mobile no to know the ATM code no. why? just now I want to answer in it for money refund otherwise I will complain to all the sites through different sites .
