I am from burdwan, west bengal, i have traded with aditya birla dmat account, my brokar was mrs. Soma mukhargee, one day i found the office is closed without any information, i lost more than one lakh (rs 100000.00), i was not able to trace her as i am a old man and already retired from job, now i am getting message that some charges (i dont know what are these charges are) are piling up, when i have contacted customer care executive using the toll free number given in web site i.E[protected], he asked my date of birth and pan card no, although i gave all the information csc executive told me he could not do anything as the call was not from my previous mobile number, i dont know what to do, please help me

Recently we take a policy from Aditya Birla Group, wide Policy no.[protected], dated 23/03/2018 on the name of Harjinder Kumar & Mrs. Neha but you mentioned wrong name in policy and Appointee. so kindly let we know the process to correct the policy
