I went for an exchange of shoe to Malleshwaram store. While not accepting the exchange, which is accepted, what is not ok is being very rude and ridiculing to a valuable customer. Totally unprofessional manager. Action should be taken against such staff. Was this information helpful? | |
Dec 16, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Representatives from the company and staff who was involved, called and apologised to me. Also received apology note from [email protected] I was also offered exchange of product etc. I was informed that steps will be taken so no such customer service issues repeat. The apology and corrective action promised is accepted and complaint is being closed. | |
