[Resolved]  Aditya Birla Tasva — Rude customer service

I went for an exchange of shoe to Malleshwaram store. While not accepting the exchange, which is accepted, what is not ok is being very rude and ridiculing to a valuable customer. Totally unprofessional manager. Action should be taken against such staff.

Representatives from the company and staff who was involved, called and apologised to me. Also received apology note from [email protected] I was also offered exchange of product etc. I was informed that steps will be taken so no such customer service issues repeat. The apology and corrective action promised is accepted and complaint is being closed.

Aditya Birla company owner of the so called premium garments abd accessories brand Tasva has not bothered to reply to the complaint of rude staff behaviour indicating a poor level or governance and customer indifference.
