Your staff in franchise shop at Lajpat Nagar Delhi are unprofessional.I had bought 2 pair of Kurta Pyjama and asked for alterations and paid all the amount.
When I came back to pick the kurta Pyjamas I found that there was no alteration done. After that they were start arguing with me that and said you can go to south X shop and do the alterations there or we will will give kurta pyjama to local tailer for alterations.

Rude customer service
I went for an exchange of shoe to Malleshwaram store. While not accepting the exchange, which is accepted, what is not ok is being very rude and ridiculing to a valuable customer. Totally unprofessional manager. Action should be taken against such staff....
