Unprofessional Staff
Your staff in franchise shop at Lajpat Nagar Delhi are unprofessional.I had bought 2 pair of Kurta Pyjama and asked for alterations and paid all the amount.
When I came back to pick the kurta Pyjamas I found that there was no alteration done. After that they were start arguing with me that and said you can go to south X shop and do the alterations there or we will will give kurta pyjama to local tailer for alterations.
Even during this conversation they were arguing with us all the time. Also, I have found that Kurta pyjama which is given to me is defected items.

I had similar experience at their Kolkata outlet. They did not have my size. Promised that they would get my size and courier deliver it within 5 days. When I called them after 5 days, the Sote Manager said we don't deliver first, then they not taken any action. When I asked them to cancel my order as they has not even issued the item to me, they said they cannot cancel- its against their policy!! Terrible company- terrible experience!
