Aditya — Cash deposit machine issue

On 11th feb, 2022. I tried to deposit Rs.4000 cash in cash deposit machine in gulzar bagh branch patna city of the bank and in between deposition the Machin ran through some mechanical issue as it accepted the cash but didnt give out any receipt against deposition .I complained to the authorized person, the officer asked to write an application and submit it in the bank. They said the issue will be resolved and the amount will be reflected in your account but till per day the issue has not been solved. The Bank is not ready to take the responsibility for my lost amount due to mechanical failure that had occurred in the machine during the deposition of my money Here by is the complain number I received DBFN[protected] .The Bank directly denied me and said we are not responsible for your loss.
