Aditya — Street Dogs chasing barking and biting

I am resident of pocket C-12 sector 3 rohini delhi 110085.
The number of street dogs have increased alot .you can find 7-8 dogs in one road.It is difficult to travel now .Dogs chase you and try to bite you when you are walking or you are on two wheeler.Infact they have bitten many people too. They threat lil children and old age people badly .they run after you or two wheeler to bite them which even causes accident.No action has been taken since along time.if people beat a dog animal activits become arrogant and a case is filed on you .Please urgently arrange to cath the street dogs.
