Adtu Assam — Support team is not helping I am about to miss one of exams | |||
I take the admission in ADTU on Sep-30, 2014, information is below: Student ID: [protected] Name: Ms. Sreedevi N Nair Address: MIT Pune ADTU office Mobile: [protected] Admission Type: Regular Admission Status: Provisional Institute Name : ADTU Online Course: Master of Business Administration PGD+MBA Specialization: Human Resource Management Additional Specialization:NA My admission and the follow up were done by Mr. Rohith Shaik who is the subordinate of Mr.Dheeraj. I had paid Rs.28000/- in cash and have also submitted 3 PDC's of 12000 in which the dates are not mentioned, I tried seeking help from the support continuously for the 7 days however nobody attend to my phone call and before 7 days when a lady answer the phone call she said she do not know the dates and somebody will contact to me however nobody contact to me till date. On topping to this I have submitted all my assignments and all the formalities are done still when I try to schedule my exam there was only the confirmation of 5 exams, "Organisational Behavior" was missing regarding this my brother spoke to the support ONCE after several attempts and the person from the support said she don't know somebody will contact us in the next 4 days its been almost 7 days nobody contact to me. Please help me with the same or please assist me with the procedure of cancelling the admission and to get back the money I paid. I already created a ticket in BB its of no use. Now "Create a ticket" button is highlighted in my account however I am unable to create a ticket as well. I tried calling Rohith Dheeraj and the support team in all the 4 numbers provided nobody is helping to get thing sorted and nobody is offering the support which they are suppose to as I am paying for it in fact I had paid for it. It is quiet surprising that any one gets shouted for not bringing a pen to fill in the issue register where normally in all libraries the library provides a pen on the table along with the register I assume the pen is way to costly here.
