This is a fraud Organization
They first call people to provide jobs
After that if someone visit their office they will tell u that give us 500 rupees after that u will be able to see our terms and conditions and the 500 is non refundable.they will also tell u that u will definitely get a job after u geting the job we will charge u the money.and I asked her twice she told me sir no need to worry abt it u will pay after getting the job.bt when u give them 500 and register for ur job
After some days they will call u and tell u that u got a job at xyz company with xyz salary and u hv to pay us the half o[censored]r first salary to give u the offer letter .here they change their terms and behave like hell i[censored] question them anything abt why u need to pay money first and they will cut the call off several times by saying we will call back u latter bt they wont call u back. We need a kind attention and action towards such fake company. Cheating with people and their hard earned money.

A2z solution is absolutely fraud consultancy they said me for give me job in HDFC bank for this job they said to pay six hundred rupees for registration fee and after then they are telling that to pay first install ment nine thousand and five hundred after paid thay r telling that they will take 8 to 12 days for verification and after one month they r saying that your job letter will come but this is not coming after three month also and they are also not refunding cash they r very cheaters.don't believe them.they are not returning cash and don't wast your money and time. I will give affaire in the police station soon.

On 01/07/2020 received a telephone call from Miss Sandhya Mam regarding a job confirmation for “L & T Ltd.” Then she said a minimum amount is deposited in his office bank account of Rs. 6, 200.00 for issue of joining letter from company within the 7 days. The same amount I have transferred in next day.
On 30/07/2020 I have received a call from unknown mobile no.+[protected] from same office. She was said me your job was confirm & your joining letter will be despatch today, our senior sir now stay in employer office for letter despatch, you have requested to deposit the Rs. 10, 000.00 immediately. Then I called Sandhya Mam regarding the same & told him that I am not able to deposit the said amount immediately. Now she assures me you have deposited the minimum 50% of the amount (Rs. 5, 000.00) then you have received the joining letter by e-mail after one day. Resulting I have again transfer Rs. 5, 000.00 to same bank a/c. After several followup they have give some false commitment different to different date that job will be confirm after few days
Finally I have claim for refund of my deposit amount on 21/08/2020. Now from these days I have sent several requests mail but no response from their site.
All the communication with them via e-mail as evidence kept with me. If its required I can submit.
Please take strong necessary action against them resulting other candidates not face the same problem.

I received a phone call 2-3-2021from Sandhya mam HR advanced A2Z solution, job regarding in tata steel, said give registaion fee 1000, after five days she call back me said your job confirm in tata steel, in salary 30700, and come to office for processing joining letter, with 50% advanced of salary, means give me 15500 for prossesing.said maximum 12-15 days you find your joining letter by mail.after 15 days never found any job regarding mail.
I want refund my money 16500 immediately, am mentally harassment, if I am attempt to suiside 100% responsible Sandhya mam and advanced a2z solution.
