I am Deepak Kumar Swain From Cuttack, One day a call to me from A2Z Solution by named Smita, and she offered me for job. Against this job she get from me 1000 Fee and say it is only one time pay, after gating job you have pay Balance, but today another call is coming from A2Z Solution by named Sandhya and she say for a amount 10000 before joining. I decided that is fake organization. This organization is a fraud. Please case against this company. And please return my 1000 Rupee.

I dhabaleswar behera, s/o - narasingh behera, bissamcuttack, dist - rayagada, odisha, pin - 765019. I was cheating by a2z solution company from tha year 2019. The company offering me engaging on post of supervisor at imfa (Bhubaneswar) and they taken payment of 22700 rupees from me. But they couldn't engaged me on that position and the company gave a cheque of rupees 22700 (Twenty two thousand seven hundred). But on the corona situation in not able to deposit that cheque on the bank. After some days i'm contacting the office to refund my mony. But the do not consider my request. Finally i bound to take a complain online, that after they many times replies on my online complain. But in not consider that replies, then after they directly contacted on calls. And i'm visited tha a2z solution office cuttack branch.in the office they said me one condition, when i give feedback on my previous complain resolved then the gave me my updated cheque amount of 22700. That time. Im no way to reject their condition, because i want to refund my amount anyway. After, when i submitted the resolve complain feedback they gave me updated cheque on the cheque date 12 february 2022. But they do not clear these amounts till now date 16 may 2022.in between these three months in deposit that cheque two times on the direction of a2z solution executive, but that cheque two times returned. Now they do not receive any of my call and any kind of my request, so finally i'm again bound to drop a complain against a2z solution cuttack branch. My previous complain id - 2903499.
I beg to you please kindly consider my complain and give me my rights.

I have applied for a job in September but they didn't provide any job when I told for money they give me a post dated cheque but the date of cheque deposit is[protected] but they told me that don't diposit it there is some problem they give me date after date ... They told me the final date of deposit the cheque that is[protected] if any case they give me another date I will complain in consumer forum... This is my final decision

Since 3 years i was paid 3200/- for job regarding, but till now this fraud company couldn't provided job, not refund my money till now, many time i was mail them not any reply from there, not pick up my call,

This company many times called me and offered me that they can provide better jobs but from last 3 month regularly they demanding me to provide money otherwise your job will not be proceed and accordingly I was rapidly given their demanded money but till now they are not given any letter or returned my money.

I am requesting you kindly support to get my money.

After asking many times, they using 3rd language to me.

This company many times called me and offered me that they can provide better jobs but from last 3 month regularly they demanding me to provide money otherwise your job will not be proceed and accordingly I was rapidly given their demanded money but till now they are not given any letter or returned my money.

I am raising this issue hoping to get justice from these fraudulent activities. We have been contacted by advanced a2z solution company of Cuttack Orissa regarding job in a construction company (l&t). They took us through various stages of procedures promising to provide the job. During the procedure they took nearly 25k rupees in three installments for different reasons.also provided receipt of each transaction. But now it's been a month they are not picking calls. I want to know how I can get them pay back the money. I have call recordings too. Please reply as soon as possible and help in resolving the issue!!!

I am Biswanathsahoo from balasoro Odisha, I got a call from a2z solution named madhu mam .she convinced me to pay 1000 for the registration process on 4th December. I have paid the amount.they told me they will inform me about the job in next 7days . Then a lady named Sandhya called me on 9th of December and told me you job is confirmed you will get a job in #HDFC Bank in relationship manager and having salary 18400 and then she demand me to pay 25% of the salery. I went to the office and paid 7000 on 10th December and she assured me I will get my joining letter within 15 days . But nothing happened then they called me on 25 December and tell me to pay 5000 for health clearance and this is the final round .You are gonna get you job in January 1st week but didn't get it then told me till 25th October, then told me to wait till last of January, they are given me date .after some day I went to the office and canceled my registration. After that they provide me a check in 25 January 2022. They told me u can clear your check after 18th February 2022. In 17th Feb they called me and told me don't deposit your check in bank . We will inform you a date as soon as possible.Till the date they are not refunding my money. Please help me out. last date of check is 18th April 2022 A2z solution playing with me ..Now I want my money back . please help me out.

Sabu katha bujhiba pare 1000 tanka naethile au kahile 7 days vitare job conformation miliba. Then December 9th re A2z solution ru call asila tanka name thila sadhana . Se kahile mo cv hdfc bank pain selection haechi au kali asiki baki process kariba pain au 10200 tanka deposit kariba pain kahile. Next morning mu tanka office re dekha kali . 2/3 jana madam nka saha katha hela pare mu 7000 deposit kali through phone pe. Thn kahile 15 dina vitare apana nku joining miliba. December last re puni cl kale kahile January 15 pare joining miliba. Mu wait kali. Kichi dina pare semane au call kaleni. Thn mu cl kali au semane mote again 5000 demand kale. Au sete bele mu mana kali au pay kariparibini boli. Eamiti kichi dina pare mu tanku money return pain kahili au semane mote office dakile au gote check dele kahile February 18th 2022 pare 3 mnth vitare money uthei paribe. February 17 evening re sadhana madam call kariki kahile kali check deposit karibe nii. Ame cl kariki kahibu apana nku. Sedina ru aji jain semane kehi mo cl rcv karu nahanti ki mote kichi kahu nahanti . Already check ra validity sariasila nii . Abe mor bahut financial prblm bi chalichi . Eamane mo saha Eamiti behave karichanti. Sabu prove achi mo pakha re . Money transfer, tanka check all. Please do something 😭😭

This is a fraud Organization
They first call people to provide jobs
After that if someone visit their office they will tell u that give us 1000 rupees after that u will be able to see our terms and conditions and the 1000 is non refundable.they will also tell u that u will definitely get a job after u getting the job we will charge u the money.and I asked her twice she told me sir no need to worry about it u will pay after getting the job.but when u give them 1000 and register for your job
After some days they will call u and tell u that u got a job at xyz company with xyz salary and u have to pay us the half o[censored]r first salary to give u the offer letter .here they change their terms and behave like hell i[censored] question them anything about why u need to pay money first and they will cut the call off several times by saying we will call back u latter but they wont call u back. We need a kind attention and action towards such fake company. Cheating with people and their hard earned money.

(mob - [protected]) have called me. When calling them to return our money they are behaving like hell. Specially Sandhya, the senior HR Executive is behaving as we are asking them to lend us money.

The employee of a2z solutions behaved very rudely with me and not responding to my calls I am waiting to get back my money.

Fake promise from the company, they were unable to provide me job from june 2019 to till date jan'2022. they ve taken money dor registration, then for providing job in HDFC bank. but they always provide future dates. Which never come. They have provided me PDC in august with date of oct 29 2021. But from last 3 months they were denied me from depositing by saying that there is no sufficient amount or with dates dates and dates, so as per them even if i deposit the cheque it won't be cleared. Total they have taken from me is 46500/- and 10000. Rupees 56500 is pending on them . My regd id is 17510.

In july20, 2021 One lady named sradha called me and said that she is from advanced a2z solution, a job consulting in cuttack.She said me to do register in their company with rs1000.after 2days another lady from advanced a2z solution called me and said you are eligible for operation executive role in hdfc bank. For our referrence and documentation you have to pay rs42000...I said i will pay only 5000 after one month of job conformation I will pay rest amount.Advancely they had taken Rs5000.
One month gone away ..I called them and asked to return my money as i heard from my elder brother it is a fraud consultancy agency.Mr.Binay kumar dash(Managing Director) said that, we are rejected your job after 3 days, you will get your money back...
They delayed for upto aug2, 2021 to till today...
In this covid19 pandemic, I arranged this paid money from my friends father in monthly interest basis and i will have to give them..please sir help me..
I promise, I will never fall in such situation again.
