Advanced Hair Studio — Medical Concern & Compensation : I'm seeking for genuine help from AHS higher management

Dear AHS Team, I'm facing this issue since quite months & the studio staff left me with no option but to reach out to higher management within your organization who would have better control in my situation. I have been taking Laser Treatment from AHS, Pune. Pune studio was fairly new when I started with sessions. And I got into serious health concerns which involved breast pain & secretion. I'm have never had any such issue in my life time & have a healthy menstrual cycle. I was initially clueless on what could be the reason and spent a good amount of money, energy and emotions to find out what could be wrong with me. You could only imagine what was my state through the process while getting different blood tests and sonography done. Also please be informed I was in severe pain for days together and couldn't sleep on sides. I feel lil embarrassed to have shared this information but I feel quite helpless and I'm seeking for genuine help. Later I & my doctor found out that the reason is due to the intake of prescribed drug - Serenoa. Please bear in mind that I did inform the studio that I'm a Thyroid patient. I was also reluctant in taking this medicine as it displays on it - "It's only for Men" I was given an answer that it's a mis-print and it's a herbal drug with no side effects. It took days for the studio management to agree to their mistakes after multiple rounds of follow-up and email & sharing all my reports;the store manager Esther apologized and tricholologist then asked me to discontinue with the medicine with immediate effect. I really wanted to go ahead with a law suit however humble attitude of the studio staff on the reception & in particular Roopal from laser staff, only stopped me to go ahead with any action. I also understood that Pune studio was fairly new and will only create negative publicity so I held back - considering this could be a rare incident. And it's only being human. My health situation is in control now but the reason to reach out to you is different. From the entire laser fee about Rs.5K was pending from my side and after this situation & holding back with any complain or legal action - I thought I will at least be compensated for my medical expenses & reports. I also let that go after discussion with Esther however least I expected is to waive off the Rs.5K. AHS team - the question here is not about money & if it is for you guys then I'm ready to stop my services in mid and you can keep all my money and use it elsewhere. The question is about the attitude with which time and again I have been asked for this pending money either by staff I never have not dealt with or a trichologist( why will a doctor ask me to pay the money) - is this an integrity of your esteemed institute? Esther have had a talk with me about it but always seems confused and not having full control on decision. She looks incapable of taking a decision that keeps customers comfort and satisfaction on greater value. Lastly, I only want to tell you - That when a eating joint like McDonalds can make a meal free in the incident of having a hair in your meal - then why is your company so hesitant? If money-minting is greater value than customer care and satisfaction then I'm ready and stop my services. It's a shocking experience to have opted for AHS. I'm in anticipation and hope that somebody from your management will have grit to accept the mistake & render some help. I have sent you a separated email with proofs your Feedback email. Thanks, AW
