Dear Ms Charu / Mr Sanket,

I have been a member of Advanced Hair Studio for almost 2 years and my experience has deteriorated over the period of last 2 years going from excellent to poor. I have ordered a total of 6 skins and am currently using my 3 skin.

I had brought the condition of the skin to the hair expert tending to me and requested him to raise a request for the replacement skin since October 2023, but the skin has only been issued at the end of January 2024 after much persuasion.

I had insisted on getting the most experienced Hair expert, Mr Sameer, for the refitting as I was desiring a long hair styling and was confident that he would be the best fit for the job considering his experience. During the fitting i noticed that skin that was been affixed on my head seemed to be smaller as it now needed a finger gap instead of the standard 3 to 4 finger gap, i also asked Sameer if the skin was smaller and questioned as to why the fitting measurement not been done as it was done by the earlier hair expert. He told me that it was not needed .. the result was that now my forehead looks really out of proportion.

He then tried convincing me that the skin was right and after he had completed it would be all good. i asked him to continue and then he started working with my skin but seemed to be in haste to complete. which then resulted in a bad hair style situation, i told again about the uneven cut and the way it was looking, he told me then that it was because the hair length in longer, which was not at all convincing. he assured me that it would get settled by the next day, which of course did not happen eve after using all suggested advanced hair studio products to even to make it look presentable.

i insisted on another appointment to get the hair skin corrected, this time around Mr Sameer attempted again but was unsuccessful in doing so, and displayed arrogance and attitude which is NEVER acceptable, saying that he had done his bit and there was nothing wrong. After which he walked off saying that he would be back but never came back. i fail to understand who is the client and who is the service provider?

What was wrong was was readily apparent even to Mr Abdul as well, Mr Abdul then asked another hair expert (Mr Manish) to try fix the skin, Mr Manish, who patiently tried his best but was unsuccessful as the skin could not saved unless that hair was cut short and i do not wish for a short hair cut. i believe i should get the styling i desire which is within the length of the hair provided with the skin.

i have requested for a replacement of skin to done and not to my account for the blunder from the hair experts side whose arrogance has put me off as well. Mr Abdul has been very accommodating but i need a quick resolution as i am currently moving around in a damaged and old skin and the new skin is first of all smaller than my previous skin as well badly cut. The episode has left me with a very sour taste and bad feeling .

i am requesting you to please look into this matter URGENTLY and help me get the service as promised while purchasing the VIP service from you.

    My name is Divya Singh, I visited Advanced Hair Studio (Bandra W) on 6th Oct (Friday) at 3:30 pm for my Flashpoint Restoration process which is max 2:30 hour procedure. However, for me it took 6 hours because of the the negligence of the studio & my stylist (Mr Shehehshah). I suffered immense pain & agony.

    Summarizing the events as below:
    - The flashpoints were installed initially in Mid May by Mr Shehenshah for the 1st time. I was informed at that time by Dr Jeet that restoration will be needed in 1.5 to 2 months.
    - I visit the studio every week once as I have also enrolled for scalp laser treatment
    - Starting from June, I have been asking atleast once in two weeks to Dr Jeet or Shehenshah about my restoration process, however I was always informed there is still time for it.
    - I was feeling discomfort because the flashpoints had started to come down.
    - In Sep end, I started feeling that the beads had come down alot & forcefully asked Shehenshah to check again for which he grudgingly said I should take an appointment
    - I took an appointment on 6th Oct with a different hair expert Mr Yogesh & we both were appalled to see the extent the damage to my hair (Refer the video attached)
    - It took ~90 mins just to remove these entanglements which was very painful for me.
    - I had installed 75 flashpoints in the initial sitting & during the restoration 7 flashpoints were completely wasted. (Image attached)
    - I was asked to pay INR 8, 040 for the replacement & I am pretty sure many other strands & my original hair was wasted in the detangling process. Image attached.
    - At this juncture I am attaching all the evidences & would like ti be compensated for the loss of flashpoints & not to mention the time, money & effort I had to undergo to convince your team that there is something wrong.

    I am pretty sure that had the initial hair expert given some more time & thought this could have been averted.

    Let me know how you plan to handle this.

      Laser Treatment

      Dear Sir/Madam.

      I would like to narrate my very bad and sad experience with your so-called professionals who i had interacted with them during my consultation for my hair treatment.

      Due to various adds and other resources i came to know about your reputed company AHS, which made me excited to visit personally for consultation from your hair Expert Mr. Nived Narayanan at Bangalore Branch on 27/11/22 with prior appointment.

      After Reaching your studio i was attended immediately by your front office staff and within 5 mins are so i was attended by Mr. Nived Narayanan and we had a good brief good discussion about my hair problem and treatment as well, he was kind enough to answer all my queries.

      I was happy about the treatment and without any other second thought or discussing with my family straight away i decided to go for treatment as advised by Mr Nivedh for cosmetic hair treatment and made 50% advance payment through my credit card on 27/11/22 for a sum of Rs. 77500.

      They made me to sign certain documents after the payment was done, i assumed the documents may be related to treatment and i signed on those papers having trust on your company thinking nothing would go wrong as you are Reputed company in the world. Till this incidence everything went on smoothly.

      While going back home I was recollecting about the treatment plan which was offered by Mr. Nivedh and reoccurring financial constrains every year and after a brief discussion with my family members about this, they objected me to get the treatment done because it was causing us very expensive and yearly maintenance cost was not in our range.

      Keeping this in mind the next day 1st thing in the morning I had called your studio to cancel my treatment and to inform Mr. Nivedh about this, they said they will inform Mr. Nivedh to call me back after few hrs, may be around 11.00 am I received a call from Mr. Nivedh and I explained him the scenario for my cancellation for the treatment for which he said he will suggest me alternate treatment for a hair transplantation and gave me hopes of getting the treatment done at the same cost which I will pay for the strand by strand cosmetic procedure and he convinced me talk to the expert and then to take a final call about hair transplantation, as he said after few days on 07th December he had arranged a video call with Dr. Bhat and after speaking to him I had committed for a date for transplantation but as per Dr Bhat he said the result after transplantation would be around 70 to 90 % of success and their won't be full density provided and more over the total cost was not in my range as it was crossing more than 2 lakhs.

      Keeping all this in my mind I decided not to go for a transplant as well as I was already committed with lot of financial constrains at the moment.

      On 8th December I got a message from your studio from Mr. Nivedh regarding finalizing the dates for surgery, during that time I conveyed him regarding my non willingness to get the treatment and requested him for a refund of my advance payment which was made on 27/11/22.

      Mr. Nivedh stated saying he can't refund the money as it is a company policy as I have signed the company documents and was forcing me to get the treatment done irrespective of my non willingness to get it done, he was not in a position to listen to me about my financial constraints, my question to him was during taking the signature on the documents if it was related to terms and conditions of the company regarding payment polices why Mr. Nivedh or the front office executive did not explained me verbally, if they had informed me about non refunding policy at the time of payment, I would have gone home and after discussing with my family I would have taken the decision, I agree I being educated I should have asked or read myself clearly to understand about the document, but my only mistake was the kind of trust I had on your company's reputation made me sign on those papers assuming those documents signed by me will be related to my Hair treatment and did not even dreamt it would be regarding financial policy paper.

      I have never come across any institutions or companies taking signature on documents related to finance policy without explaining to their customers about the terms and conditions about the payment method. This shows lack of negligence from your team, when they can explain so well about the treatment plan why not about the payment terms and conditions ? This is called TRAP. Real professionals never do this.

      We are just lay people we go by the reputation and company standards keeping in my mind that we don’t get cheated.

      I am just asking Mr. Nivedh to give me justification about why he or his front office staff did not utter one word about explaining me about what papers they were getting my signature, in spite of my request he was repeatedly saying me he is only an employee he can't do anything about the refund and was insisting me to get the treatment done or to forget about my money what I have paid.

      After consulting with Mr. Nivedh I got the confidence on your reputed company I made the payment without any second thought, now when I am asking for refund, he states he is just an employee, and he is not allowing me to contact the higher authorities are willing to take the discussion further.

      Only a person who is sincere and honest will know the value of hard-earned money, I also informed him so for whatever consultations and communications I had, to charge me and rest to refund but he is so adamant to listen to me and not answering to my messages on whats app..

      It is really surprising for me to know a worlds reputed company stands only for money and not for humanity.

      Every individual has their own sentiments about their life decisions anytime anybody can change their thought. I am just sharing my feelings because I am very much upset and got hurt by the way your team members deal with our emotions.

      I totally agree that I came there to get complete solution for my hair problem but after going through several consultations and thinking about the long-term financial burden I made up mind not to proceed further as I can't afford the treatment. It is up to the customer to decide what he needs to do, you should never force us. The money what I paid was an advance payment.

      I too work in a very well-known reputed hospital for last two decades, but our policy is purely based on patients' decision and sentiments on getting the treatment done on their willingness, only if they are mentally prepared and we don’t force them to get it done as an option, It is purely their choice.

      Hope you will understand what kind of agony I am going through at the moment.

      I am enclosing the bill copies and quotation copies for your reference wherein I have not signed on client signature column.

      I will be really grateful to your company to consider my above request and do the needful on humanitarian grounds. Kindly stand in my shoes and think what I am going through at the moment.

        I have purchased Hero Passion Pro BS6 bearing the registration number AP39HW 2804 upon the name S Venkata Lakshmi on[protected]. The vehicle is stopping at the middest of the road and traffic when the clutch is held. when the service center is reached, every time he says the electronic component is spoiled and has to be replaced. so, when such electronic vehicles are manufactured by Hero, it has to meet the free service for at least 5 years on electronic parts failure.

          I am a customer of Advance hair studio since 2011. I got treated in 2011 and 2014.

          In 2018, my hair fall started again and I bought a handheld laser device. They told me that the device can be used as long as 8000 hrs whenever I experience Hairfall. I paid 96, 000 for this device.

          I started having hairfall again in August 2021. I used Handheld device - NO RESULT.

          I consulted advance hair studio again. They recommended me to buy helmet laser device. I paid 1, 09, 000 for this device. I am using it since last 2 months. NO RESULT.

          The density of my hair has reduced to half. There is no one who can take the responsibility of stopping my hairfall EVEN AFTER PAYING 2, 00, 000 rupees.

          I need a refund of my helmet or I need sessions in the studio.

          If Advance Hair is anywhere close to being ethical then this sort of treatment to customers is not acceptable. Customers come to your studio when they are in trauma and are anxious about their hair loss. They pay as much as you demand expecting to see good results.

          What I am currently experiencing is not what an ethical company does. IS ADVANCE HAIR STUDIO FRAUD?

            It’s not a studio, it’s a company.
            That’s what they claim it to be.
            I started the treatment back then on the 24th of October’21.
            I paid Rs11, 800Rs online and Rs50, 000 cash with quotation number Q/PUN/GST/00061/21-22
            So the problem arised, when I got an immediate transfer, and thus, coming to a situation where the possibilities of me paying a visit to this studio were 0.
            I asked them to keep my 11, 800 amout with them as a booking token, but since I won’t be able to continue the session atleast for an year, I want my remaining amount to be refunded. Then they said, sorry, we can not, but if you want, you may have that so called laser comb and thus further continue with the treatment.
            To which I initially was not convinced, but in a day or 2 I realised that it was fine, if I go ahead with the comb too.
            Now, when I asked them for the same, post being convinced by them only, they said, sorry we can not provide with the comb, first you give us the full amount, only then it is going to possible.
            It was becoming harder with time to control my anger, I had that feeling that my money is wasted in some ### company.
            It’s been more than 3 weeks now, and I have not attended a single session, because of the above mentioned reasons, but none of them have either reverted back to me, nor have they shown any concern.
            The amount paid online/card is non-refundable (understood).
            The amount paid in cash (basically the BLACK MONEY) for which the receipt too has not been created, I guess that is something which can be refunded considering the person’s current situation.
            The company is fraud.
            And now, by chance going through this portal, I realised that it’s not just me, it’s everyone who has invested in this company is facing losses, or has grudges in any XYZ terms.

            There should be a legal action taken against these frauds. A proper case should be run against them,
            Also they do not run with doctors, they run with just Sales people, claiming to be doctors.
            How can a random sales person tell you your problem?
            How? I mean this complete AHS drama is a ###.

              My daughter went to the company to try and find a hair solution as she suffers from hair loss. She paid £3, 500 a 1 stage procedure in November 2009 but wasn't able to do the insulation because of complications with her pregnancy. The company refused to give her a refund and I believe it was wrong and unfair as it's a lot of money to just give away. Please what can I do to get back her money. We still have the receipt from Tuesday 10 November 2009 from their studio in 40 Fitzroy square London W1T 6EY

                I bought a skin from UK but BLR division was treating me like I was coming from different company. Someone called Rekha is the manager she always tried to put pressure on me, torturing me, threatening to me to buy a new skin from 2nd month itself. Imagine if i had gone by Rekha's word, I should have changed 6 time by now in 3 years. My skin was in reasonably good condition, again thanks to Pandemic where I do not go out too much. But She was playing all her trick every time to send her people saying skin is going, book one else i won't give appointment and all those dramas since 2018. Some how I kept on pushing from 2018 June to 2021 Feb. I am requesting one last appointment and she is so arrogant. Same Rekha and Rekha's team was hesitate to sell products in the past and now saying, you can buy and do it yourself. What a pathetic manager you have in Adv Studio. Is it how you train your people? I know everyone is there to do business but not at this cost.

                After escalating it with right person at next level, I have got an assurance to get an appointment. On that basis, I am ok with one last appointment and later I will look for buying a new one with Adv or outside.

                  I paid the booking amount of ₹25000 on 4th feb 2020 in cash for the procedure of hair patch at the delhi studio. Receipt number: del/rec/0351/19-20
                  The patch test was done, post that i haven’t been keeping well in health. Have been feeling low and have itching on my right hand where the test was done.
                  My partner contacted the delhi team to them about the same and the way our feedback was taken was really disheartening. The management wasn’t ready to listen to us. Inspite of calling them we had to wait for more than 2 hours to seek advice. The concerned person mr. Ashish retuned back after 2.5 hours even 2 calls were made.
                  Keeping the poor service we received by them in our mind we have decided not to go ahead with the procedure and shall request you to kindly refund our booking amount back.
                  My partner requested ms. Charu at the delhi office to kindly refund back the amount if it was possible as the samples were only even processed ahead and the payment was just done 3 days back. The samples are still at the studio as the whole amount isn’t paid.
                  We are really not satisfied by the response which we got from the studio post payment.
                  The way management at delhi studio behaved was highly disrespectful and unprofessional.
                  Loosing ₹25000 to your company won’t be a big deal for us, but it’s high time that you start working on the management before you start loosing more clients in the future.

                  If the brand is really concerned about customer satisfaction and having good relations with the clients i hope i get my hard earned money back.

                    No results of laser hair therapy.
                    Wasted money of 1.5 lpa. Really not worth it.
                    Instead should have went for hair transplant.
                    Please provide honest opinions to the people. Transplant is the only solution to attend density of hair. No laser therapy will help to improve density. The marketing team of ahs is playing with the money of people and emotions. I have invested around 2 lacs in this useless therapy and not got any density or expected results. Really worst service ever.
                    My father's money was wasted. You guys are not professional when it comes to providing opinions. I really feel ashamed to take treatment from your clinic. This is unprofessional marketing and no honesty
                    Maintained. Inspite of your mistake you guys argued with me. No professional commitment, no professional ethics. It's just false advise and wastage of money. I really can't imagine what the marketing team can commit to achieve their targets. You guys loose customers because of false assurance. I want my money refunded back. Unethical, false commitment by marketing team and no results upto expectations. Ahs marketing team are big liars with no guidelines.

                        Once i went to the surgery, he has drawn a hairline and he is reluctant to listen to me. He has done my surgery without a mouth piece and a magnifying loop. I had an infection after that. Later i noticed that the hairline is unaesthetic, density is poor and i have cobblestone appearance. The orientation of follicles is giving unnatural appearance. Doubles and triple hairs are planted in the front and making hair transplant obvious. I rushed to the clinic and they said the surgeon is unavailable. I talked to him after 8 months. He still didn't take the responsibility of the complications. My donor area and the recepient areas are damaged and scarred. I paid 2 lakh 50 thousand rupees for my surgery which is thrice the amount paid outside and still they didn't treat me properly and failed in the surgery. The studio's brand name is good but the people in hyderabad are money minded. The surgeon behaved like a psycho and treated me like a slave. No one is taking responsibility of this problem. They are not revealing entire information when we plan for the surgery. They are trapping people strategically and spoiling lives. I'm 24 and i have to suffer for the rest of my life. Kindly look into this case and do justice to me as well as save others. Please be beware of counsellor mohit and surgeon dr. Garg. These people should be banned from doing surgeries. They are spoiling lives of people.

                          Hi, this is sai and i have been a part of advance hair studio, chennai. I am currently a cosmetic client and i have been a part of their services since 2013. Earlier this year, i have ordered for four skins (Hair lace energy) from the company and they had told me that the skins will arrive in 4 months. I ordered and purchased my skins in the month of march which means the skins should have arrived by july.
                          It has almost been 8 months now and i have still not received my cosmetic skins. The reasons that they stated were
                          1. The hair manufacturing company lab got burnt and
                          2. There has been some skin checking going on in spite of me requesting them i had no back up skins
                          On repeatedly requesting them, they were procrastinating to an extent that i decided to initiate a refund from my end. Now, the point to be understood very clearly is that they don’t refund your skins and they convince to retain you even when you become a victim of the services that they offer. The company head office personnel never contacted me until now and they reinstate only one thing saying “we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused and the delay “and they expect the client to understand and compromise.
                          Also, i paid the entire amount for the cosmetic, they told me that the skins cannot be refunded and have convinced me to still use their services. So, kindly pay scrupulous detail to their terms and conditions before leveraging onto their platform for cosmetic and hair transplant. I have been struggling with only one spare skin in hand now that i am currently using and i have no back up skins. I have initiated a refund from my end but they strongly disagreed for a refund.
                          Just imagine as a client, you pay the entire amount of rs.4 lakhs for a cosmetic skin and a company is literally retaining your hard owned money by just giving false, lame and incredulous excuses by manipulating you and delaying things up by consuming your time and energy.
                          I have also received a generic skin (Somebody else’s skin or other company’s skin) and they convinced me stating that it is my own customised skin, until i found out with a little bit of knowledge that i had that the skin did not match my scalp measurements and ended up returning the skins to them while i was undergoing my fitting.
                          In the next review i will also provide further details of my laser treatment that i underwent in 2013 and how i have been a victim of the treatment. I have a bill receipt as a proof to provide the clients with more information about their products and services. On a good note, i can only tell the clients who are investing their financial resources only one thing that “never judge a book by its cover “and that think twice before you invest your valuable money.                             Hi - i placed an order for a cosmetic product in january. I was committed that i will get my custom solution in 3-4 months. I was charged full amount in advance,

                            Even with consistent follow ups, the product arrived late. The regional head was rude and unreasonable whenever i tried to follow up.

                            It has been more than 5 months. After religious follow up they told me that the product is here. However, it is nothing that was promised for 2.6 lakhs,

                            - an ill-fitted product
                            - bad service
                            - no refund
                            - no solution.

                            Please help as soon as possible

                              Hi,

                              Advance hair studio @ koregaon park is nothing but a cheat. Have enrolled their services for hair restoration they simply cheated my with 1.5 l.

                              Was very clear in my objective that nee hair on the head, they done their survey/test etc.. Etc.. And eventually advised me for laser.

                              I was not comfortable and asked me to do transplant instead directly. Bt they persuaded me multiple times and assured me by all means to for laser treatment.
                              Went there almost for a year /every week /1 hr of seating.

                              But no result, not even stopping of hair fall. Felt like a big fool.

                              When i confronted them strongly initially they resisted saying result may vary person to person, asked them how much variation should be considered..10, 20, 30 %.. It was complete 100%.

                              Then they said you were irregular in coming for seating, i asked them to check the attendance chart... Was absolutely very much regular.. Then they said i might not have taken medicines regularly :).

                              I stated them for refund... Then they said it was a mistake from our staff and they are no longer working with us... However they are willing to compensate by changing me less per graft and quoted me a higher rate and giving the so called discount, which was higher than the original quote they gave before me going for laser.

                              In short for me it's a cheat company and no one should trust them for any of their services and simply should banned from making fools.

                                I had done a surgery in 2013. N they messed up. The stitches were not removed correctly. N i experienced pain... N when i went back... Der was a thread left in my skull. Now i went back again after a year dey gave me injectuon n said it vll be fune. Now after 5 years pain still persists. Nerves damage. I want to claim compensation from them. And the treatment should be sponsored by them. Dr. Amit shah had operated. He was doing 2 surgeries at one time... N his assistant dis d major surgery for me.

We're not intimated about so-called "Refollium Ultra DHT Blocker" before buying "Refollium Hair Health Product" which is unfair. We received a second email, that "Multiple clinical trials show that without the Ultra DHT Blocker, the Refollium Hair Health Support won't work. It's true: you won't get the hair regrowth results you need without the Ultra DHT Blocker.". The question is why are we not informed before buying the first product? We neither want to use your product not tolerate it.
