I state that Advanced Hair Studio has taken amount of Rs 236000 for as product called strand by Strand cosmetics which has all false features and company cheated me.
Unfair Trade practice
Company have Taken full amount upfront, now company refused to refund. i sent multiple reminders to company and that
since Treatment and product is not started and i wish not to go ahead with product as the Product is not suitable for me.
AHS Cheated me by stating false features of product.
I demand AHS to Immediately refund of my total amount along with compensation for Mental distress.

Under instructions of my client Mr. Santosh Anil Likhite, R/o. Flat No. 802, A-02, Building, Tuscan Essex, Phase-II, Near Radisson BluHotel, Kharadi, Pune-411 014, ([protected]) I have to give you legal notice as under-

1. That, my client had visited your clinic for treatment of the hair of my client on 6/12/2025.
2. That, at that time, you misled my client by showing glorious picture of celebrities and international cricketers as your clients.
3. That, you also misrepresented my client that you would useproduct Made in London and you have your own laboratory.
4. That, you also assured my client that the Product will be customized according to Skin tone/Texture and styling suitable to my client.
5. That, in spite of this, you did not even check the skin tone of my client.
6. That, in spite of demand by my client, you did not show him any catalogue or Product characteristics, sheet etc. explaining the Product.
7. That, you had falsely represented my client that there is an offer of 25% discount if my client would pay the advance amount on the same day.
8. That, on 7/12/2025, when my client visited your clinic, your person by name JayeshJapadiadiscussed with my client the treatment by Strand by Strand cosmetic- (Called the Skin). Even on asking again by my client regarding information of product in writing by way of some authentic literature or simple catalogue, you showed your inability to deliver or even to show such things to my client.
9. That, you also showed your reluctance to reveal names and addresses of your existing customers, to whom my client would like to discuss. This is your unfair trade practice. My client has every right to know about you from some authentic sources. You only insisted my client with immediate payment.
10. That, my client had paid you the following amount in following manner-

11. That, my client had made payment of Rs. 1, 00, 000/- via ICICI Bank card on 7/12/2025 (12.00 noon) and insisted for receipt. But, you told my client that it will be sent to email address of my client.
12. That, You assured my client that it is only after receiving acknowledgementfrom my client that the procedure will start. (This can be evident fromemail dated 15-Dec’2025 and various other whatapp text and emails).That, No acknowledgement for above procedure was given by my client. It is to be stated that till date it is Pending.
13. That, on 7/12/2025, you introduced hair expert and he started to take measurement of the skull of my client and started tidying a polluting wrap around the head/neck of my client.
14. Suddenly, one person from your clinic had come from behind of my client and had asked him to sign certain documents for existing ongoing procedure.
15. At, that time, my client was uncomfortable with the cap and also experienced headache and he refused to sign and told you that he would sign after reading it. On it, Mr. Jayesh told my client that it was just a formal procedure and it was regarding ongoing treatment.
16. That, my client was forced to sign in that situation where the head of my client was tightly fixed with plastic film.
17. That, my client states that he really did not know on what documents you obtained the signatures of my client.
18. That, Thereafter, my client searched Google Reviews of your company and felt uncomfortable and so he decided to withdraw from the said treatment and asked you for refund.
19. That, on that day, you, in spite of demanding broucher by my client
regarding his hair treatment, you refused to do so and asked my client topay advance of 100000/- for Strand-by-Strand – Cosmetic.
20. That, on that day, you, in spite of demanding broucher by my client regarding his hair treatment, you refused to do so and gave quotation on next day of Rs. 2, 11, 260/- for Strand-by-Strand – Cosmetic. This quotation is dated 7/12/2025.

21. That, on 7/12/2025, you had, under the guise of starting treatment, asked my client to sit on the chair for treatment and put a cap for treatment on his head. Atthat time only, you asked my client to sign some papers by putting them in his front. You should have understood that the any person including my client could not be in position to read and understand those papers in that situation. You had taken an undue advantage of the position of my client at that time. When my client had asked you as to what were those documents about, you had stated that they were consent forms and nothing to worry.

22. That, whatever you had promised my client about the product, you did not show those products to my client. You also did not hand over any broucher describing the products in your treatment to my client.
23. That, you had also not communicated my client about proper information of the products which would be used in the treatment. You did not show any catalogue, in spite of demand, to my client.
24. That, you had stated my client that he could oil his hair and use normal hair products which were contradicted by other staff member, i.e. hair measurement person. You misled my client by stating false information in your email dated January 10, 2026. This constitutes clearly unethical and improper conduct. This fact is plainly evident upon reviewing the online reviews regardingyour client. This fact is clearly evident upon reviewing the online reviews regarding you..
25. That, on myclient’s asking refund, on various occasions, you ultimately send my client mail communication on 4/2/2026 that you are working out for refund. Earlier, vide mail dated 10/1/2026, you had refused to give refund to my client. This is your contradictory stand. In spite of later mail for refund, you had not refunded. This is your unfair trade practice.
26. That, my client had asked you to refund immediately after my client decided not to go with you for his hair treatment. This was told on 17/12/2025.
27. That, taking the signatures of my client in the situation of cap on head is not only your “deficiency in service”, but also “Unfair Trade Practice”.
28. That, mental harassment was caused to my client at your hands by way of your above conduct. Hence, he claims compensation of Rs. 3 lakhs for the same.
29. That, promising refund and not to give is your another “deficiency in service”.
30. That, all your services are based on misrepresentation to my client.
31. That, it is, therefore requested that
a) That, you are to refund Rs. 2, 36, 750/- @18% from their respective dates of deposit to my client within 8 days from date of receipt of this notice.
b) That, you should pay compensation of Rs. 3 lakhs for mental harassment to my client;
c) The cost of this notice worth Rs. 25, 000/- is kept on you.
d) That, therefore, you are requested to deposit Rs (Rs. 2, 36, 750/- along with interest @ 18% from date of deposit – Rs. 2, 36, 750/- + Rs. 10, 650/- = Rs. 2, 47, 400/- + Rs. 3, 00, 000 + Rs. 25, 000/- )i.e. total Rs. 5, 72, 400/- only within 8 days in my client’s account as below.
In case of noncompliance of this notice, my client will be constrained to take legal action against you at your cost.
