Hey there,
I have bought this product on 17th of December 2021 from Apollo pharmacy sector 56 Gurgaon. And it's today 30th of December 2021 that it is not working.
Exchange or repair, Please do the needful asap....

Advay — My advay Heating pad is not working properly

Address: J-92 GROUND FLOOR SOUTH EXTENSION PART 1,

My heating pad takes lot of time to get hot & also doesn't get hot properly. Every time i have to shake the heating pad again & again so that it properly gets hot...

Advay — received old & used product. not heating properly

Hello
I ordered advay electric massager velvet heating gel pad " from amazon. The seller has sent a used bad product. It looks old & not heating properly. I had ordered this same product in brown colour in 2015 from amazon, it was new, heated very nicely but when i ordered again on 12 th dec 2019 i received an old product in black. The material of the product is not good, the black border is coming out, it is extremely low heating....
