Hey there,
I have bought this product on 17th of December 2021 from Apollo pharmacy sector 56 Gurgaon. And it's today 30th of December 2021 that it is not working.
Exchange or repair, Please do the needful asap.

My heating pad takes lot of time to get hot & also doesn't get hot properly. Every time i have to shake the heating pad again & again so that it properly gets hot

I ordered advay electric massager velvet heating gel pad " from amazon. The seller has sent a used bad product. It looks old & not heating properly. I had ordered this same product in brown colour in 2015 from amazon, it was new, heated very nicely but when i ordered again on 12 th dec 2019 i received an old product in black. The material of the product is not good, the black border is coming out, it is extremely low heating. I wanted to email amazon earlier but i did not have recharge in my phone that is why iam late in emailing. I would like to exchange/return, refund my money. It is not at all heating properly

Customer is shown picture of product A and product B is delivered to the customer .
shopclues system program have no filter to solve this problem.
This practice is very common on shopclues website. This practice is done because developed system have no support to check this type of vendor on shopclues
let us take an example
if some vendor put the picture of johnson and johnson baby oil and and customer buy that product and he is delivered some local baby oil.
customer receive the product packet after giving payment and when he open it he found that he have been cheated.
now no one believe that customer is being cheated as packet is opened.

Kindly note this problem .
This cheating is being done with support of shopclues support. As shopclues is not able to check those vendor who is doing this practice of selling item B and displaying A.
