Adviser Street — I'm complaining about too many street dogs in my street

With the concern of 90% of the people in my street i`m writing this to you, i`m citizen of gali no. 5, bhatiya colony, panipat, near aneja petrol pump, panipat.
Sir, our street has too many dogs around 8... While the street is too small in width as well as length. The dogs don`t allow the people to roam freely in the street as well as it is imposible for guests to enter into the street as they even bite many a times. Every evening we are welcomed by there # in front of houses and there ramps even in the morning this happens.
I request you to take necessary actions
