Adviser Street — no services after payment

I had paid rs.5000/- 20 days before, generated id as adst2930, but till date not received any services from your side. But they are asking for more money to a activate services.

Due to poor financial condition i can't pay more money so requesting start services or refund my rs.5000/-

If i earn money from your services i will definetly pay.
