Hello aegis senior management team,

This is bringing notice of aegis managemenet regarding how aegis expedia bps team leaders working at itpl bangalore,

Expedia bps team leaders completely violation of karnataka labour laws act

1) mr. Vinod team leader completely violating labour laws
Because of either not giving monthly sick leaves, client holidays or national holidays to employees
No proper interview will take hr team if team leader or manager agrees hr team automatically candidate will be selected no hr round, if candidate will not know english also they will hire the candidate.
2) expedia bps process most of the candidate are tamil candidates, even they don’t speak english, it means team leader mr. Vinod 80% of hiring only tamil candidate because of referral bonus sharing with his friends,

3) why any employees are not getting sick leaves and if we take also their forcing us to compensate the sick leaves any other days

Expedia bps 4th floor, we have good manager (Mr harsha) and as. Manager (Mr karthik) but team leaders are very ridiculous.

* client is providing incentives to employees but operation department not giving to employees, some team leaders are cheating employees.

Note: am requesting aegis management please take comments or inputs from employees do the needful and help employees.
