Hello aegis senior management team,

This is bringing notice of aegis managemenet regarding how aegis management works at itpl bangalore,
I would like to inform aegis senior management how our facility, admin, transport department, hr department and also operation management works at itpl branch bengaluru
Facility, admin and transport department
These departments are no1 waste and ridiculous management at aegis,
Facility and admin – very bad service,
1) systems they will not clean everyday may be they will clean monthly once or twice, full of dust on keyboard, cpu and they won’t clean dust bins
2) most of the days when we were having dinner drinking water not providing properly, it means water bottle will be there but water will not come under water dispenser.
3) to wash hands while having dinner they are many water taps there but water won’t be there
4) employees will cut birthdays cakes inside the cafeteria only, but not cleaning

Facility and admin department should not give permission of birthday cake cuts side the cafeteria
Transport department - very poor service
Very worst transport department we will not get any company this kind of management,
1) no proper communication gives to employees regarding, cab sms, when cab comes,
2) suppose my login time is 6:30 pm, i will get cab sms but i will not get any call from transport till 6 pm, when we call transport no proper communication, they will say driver has called to your number, its not received call - actually we haven’t got any call from either driver or transport, they will blame employees.
3) if my shift login 6.30 but will reach everyday office 1 hour or 2 hours or sometimes 3 hours delay also but they will not bother about process or work.
Hr department
I would like to inform many things but i will not
1) no proper interview will take hr team if team leader or manager agrees hr team automatically candidate will be selected no hr round, if candidate will not know english also they will hire the candidate.
2) expedia bps process most of the candidate are tamil candidates, even they don’t speak english, it means team leader mr. Vinod 80% of hiring only tamil candidate because of referral bonus sharing with his friends,
3) not sending monthly pay slips to employees
4) violation of karnataka labour laws act because of either not giving client holidays or national holidays to employees or
Not paying double payment on that particular day’s
5) if they will pay double pay also cheating employees how they will shows, first they will deduct from basis and hra, then add additional
Operation department - very bad experience
1. Not providing any sick leaves to any employees, if they will give also employees should compensate when they are in weekly off days, if not they will put as lop
2. Client holidays not providing or national holidays not giving any employees.
3. Client is providing incentives to employees but operation department not giving.
4. Some lob’s having more working but some lob’s will not having even 2 hours of productions, but management will not care anything

Note: expedia 4th floor all team leader and some of the agents will always paying every day after 11pm games (Carrom board)
But management will not say anything to them.

Once again i am requesting senior management please resolve the issue why company is paying salaries to us.

All facility and admin's taking commission from transport department and cafeteria team shop and food shop.
