I(Mohd Shahjhan) was working in aegis ltd.sidco complex srinagar as an executive for last 35 days .. Now I've got selected in Kashmir university on the basis of entrance exam .. I want to study further I've given my resignation latter to aegis..
But now aegis is denying my salary ..
They said they won't give me salary it will be deducted for notice period which I've not given as they said ..
They have not mentioned this in appointment latter .. Before they said you will get full salary if you left job ..now they are denying what I can do now ..
Aegis has wasted my time and money
