The Ageis admin Srinagar told me to run his company Canteen for 1 year.our company Food lovers provides all facilities to the employees of Ageis company, but in winters Ageis tower not working and they gave holiday to all his agents and told me to provide food and send cook for 3 members of there company.I regretted him for sending cook for 3 person.I told them to not give holiday to agents because our company is going in big loss.Admin ajaz...

I(Mohd Shahjhan) was working in aegis ltd.sidco complex srinagar as an executive for last 35 days .. Now I've got selected in Kashmir university on the basis of entrance exam .. I want to study further I've given my resignation latter to aegis..
But now aegis is denying my salary ..
They said they won't give me salary it will be deducted for notice period which I've not given as they said ..
They have not mentioned this...
