Actually i have book the tickets from hyderabad to bangalore on 2301/2018 my pick up point is paradise near ahmed neetha travels at 2:25pm i came at 2:13pm they told the van went i call the customer care num which gave on the tickets they responded we don't know and for catching bus i spend 200 to go another place very worst behavior by coustomer care and the boarding point peoples i plan to file a case regards this issue my num [protected]
