I have received item name juicer machine on order no[protected] by online merchant site on 20 aug 2022 on COD basis. I have received juicer through courier today at cost of 1200 rs even its item MRP is Rs 1000/- they have charged amount is higher than product MRP. I ordered a electrical juicer machine after seeing India Mart ads on Facebook on dated 12/8/2022.I need a electrical juicer machine and received the manually operated non electrical juicer machine. My complaint is not resolved yet. I complained one month ago on 12/8/2022.I am sending a legal notice to the AEPL. Aepl and indiaa Martt is a fraud company. They are cheating innocent people.
