Aepl — Fake cod order came and I Lost Rs.994

I was in office when the delivery man called from my PG and said that order came from Flipkart and I need to pay 994, he sent me QR and I paid asked I used to order cod usually, but when I saw that was unstiched cloth peice, I Complained to Flipkart about this, they confirmed that this parcel is not send from there side, I want to return this, plz help me regarding this.
That parcel is send by AEPL through shadowfax
