Aepl — Organizer bags

I ordered 6+6 organiser bags but instead i got only 6 saree bags that too of very poor quality. i was not at home when the order arrived and the Rs.999 amount was paid by my neighbour. my money is stuck and i want a refund AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
