I raised an order (Order #AA191991) on 18th Jan and today is 29th Jan. Its been more than 10 days with no response/updates to calls or emails.
Whenever we call them, it just repeats with recorded message "please wait while we connect your call as all our agents are busy" and never goes through a live agent.
This clearly seems like a scam by tricking people with their un-avoidable army t-shirts and slogans.
This is unacceptable behavoiur and must be treated with conscious efforts, officials need to act on it to prevent further consequences. Was this information helpful? |
