Its been more than a week and i have info on my product. The customer care is picking up the phone and no response on support email....

As a consumer, I value quality and value for money when purchasing clothing items. Unfortunately, my experience with the AeroArmour Polo T-Shirt fell far short of my expectations.

The first disappointment came with the quality of the product itself. The fabric felt cheap and flimsy,

Additionally, the printed design on the shirt was not up to par. It looked misaligned, faded and lacked...

I raised an order (Order #AA191991) on 18th Jan and today is 29th Jan. Its been more than 10 days with no response/updates to calls or emails.

Whenever we call them, it just repeats with recorded message "please wait while we connect your call as all our agents are busy" and never goes through a live agent.

This clearly seems like a scam by tricking people with their un-avoidable army t-shirts and slogans. br...

I placed an order with order ID: AA189278 on 12th Jan 2024. Today it's 17th Jan and there is still no response to calls or emails.

I am beginning to think that it's a scam website.

Not sure what's the way to escalate this issue and get my money back.

I had placed an order for a Hoodie T-shirt on 2nd January '24. Order Id for the same is : AA184419

The status of the same is still showing as "Pending" on Aero Armour website. I have attached the screenshot of the same along with the email.

I tried calling on the contact number given on Aero Armour website. No one answered the call and the answering machine...

I have ordered 2 T-shirts on 2nd of December 2023 from their websites by seeing their patriotism for the make in India products our wars and thought it’s good to see a company like this . But after not getting the order delivered I have started to think that this is again a fraud company playing with Indian emotions . They even don’t bother to respond to their email or query on twitter or Instagram, worst customer service . Today is Sunday...

My first order with aero armour was for 'éye of the tiger' t-shirt ORDER #AA84530 for size 5XL. I liked the size and wore it a few times and am still using it.

Based on the size satisfaction, I ordered 6 more t-shirts under Order #AA94360 size 5XL. Even though all these 6 t-shirts have 5XL tags but the measurements are smaller as compared to your ''eye of the tiger'' t-shirt. A s a result these 6 t-shirts do not fit my body...

The quality of t-shirts was not upto the mark....

I ordered a hoodie named black panther special edition hoodie and i submitted a request for the same and I didn't got any response . Kindly help me regarding this...

My order# AA22533. Return was delivered back to them a week ago, i have not received any update from them. Calls not being responded, texts not being replied to, no reply on mails too. They are scamming people in the name of Indian Air Force and Army...

I bought 3 tshirts for Aero Armour (order number AA17237) on 17th July after getting an ad in facebook. I liked them when I saw them online but when it was delivered, things were different. It was definitely not worth it. Very poor print and cheap quality and I wanted to return them. I've tried reaching out to them via whatsapp and Facebook, but they didn't respond and it's more than 7 days now....
