I had purchased the bag worth rs 5000 from the woodland store viviana mall thane in the month of december 2016. Twice i gave the bag for reparing. The bag's zip had broken within a month of purchase also it's fabric was worn out. I asked for the replacement but was denied by the company. Still it's been a month since i had complained i haven't got my bag back. Really disappointed by the company's response and quality of the products provided by them.
