I mailed them multiple times and even called on customer care service but they are not responding as if they don’t care the customers. I purchased a Men's Brown Strappy Sandals on 25.7.2025 and make an online payment of Rs 2397 via credit card. I contacted your customer support and, after staying on hold for 40 minutes, was informed that refunds take 20–25 days to process. However, the email I received states a processing time of 10–15 days. Additionally, this does not account for the time it takes for the returned product to reach your store. In the best-case scenario, with 7 days for the return and 20 days for processing, the refund would take nearly a month.
