I have made a CREDit card payment of 1lac rupees on 24 September 2023 to my BOB CREDit card and until today, 13 October 2023 I don't see the CREDit happened. Due to the delay in payment, my CREDit card bill got delayed now and I am now required to pay the late payment fees also.
Each time I email them, I don't get an update and they don't have any dedicated CUSTOMER CARE number, just an email only which they never responds. They are absolutely fake.
The transaction is showing as success only but never CREDited, now they also don't have an update about why there is delay why this ### is happening Was this information helpful? |
